The store was very helpful in my new battery process.
Matt Coble was great, he met me at my Jeep and asked how he could help me. Unhooked the old battery and installed the new battery right away for me. It was a great warranty and customer service experience.

I called this business before my husband took our vehicle in & was told to come right in. After getting to the business, a male employee came out from the back & said he could not replace our battery because there was some battery acid on top of the battery (it had been on our charger for several hours). The employee lazily declared that
"the battery might blow up". The employee did not consult with a supervisor or another employee. My husband then took our vehicle to Battery Warehouse on 7th St. in Joplin where a very knowledgeable employee checked the old battery, removed
it safely & replaced it with a new one in less than 20 min. Your employee's excuse that "corporate" wouldn't allow him to touch our battery just cost you a $200 sale.

The store was clean and organized. An employee met me at my truck and asked how they could help me. He unloaded the battery, tested it, and loaded the new battery I purchased for me. It was a great customer service experience!

I was always making trips a couple a week seemed like. I was working for a car dealer, anyways these guys are always On time. I dont think I waited at all seems like on any of the trips I made for All American Motorsports
