“At my current house it’s a 5 star. I been with Spark for about a year now and it has been great. I haven’t had any issues with their fiber optic 1 gig services and for the price is fair. I’m happy to say that this is a trusted provider in the Duenweg area.Only reason I didn’t add the 5 star is because this is not only a review but a request to get their attention in expanding their services to a new neighborhood I will be moving into as it’s currently not serviced there.Come on, Spark! I've been a customer of Verizon since they first came out and I stay with them, not only because of the great coverage areas and service I get but also because of great customer service like I got today.”
“Yesterday I was bringing my family over to switch from a different provider to T Mobile, Rey was able to assist us and I just to want to say Rey was a MVP! Switching over was hard because my phone carrier did not want things to switch over that easily, but yet Rey was able to push thru, the other remaining staff members were there and the way the assisted customers was very professional and friendly from what I saw! “Best store hands down! My issue was resolved by the manager! Another rep was calling straight talk on behalf of another person in the store when they didn't have to and the third employee was handling a very irate customer with grace. GOOD HARD WORKERS! They all need raises for the hell they put up with!”

“Tiffany Bradley was the rep that helped my mom & I in joplin. My mom is 86 yr & I'm 65 yr very backwards when it comes to technology. Tiffany didn't shy away from us being senior citizens. In fact she greeted us at the door beings my mom uses a walker made sure we got in safely AND we're comfortable. It was a Fri nite we got there pretty late AND not once did she try & rush us. She was very knowledgeable about the phones and fitted us both with ones that we love. All the male reps left but she & the other gal rep stayed until we were completly satisfied with our selection making sure to go over each of our choices until we felt comfortable using them. I fully recommend her & we both feel she is a hidden gem in joplin with a fantastic personality!! Thank u Tiffany for your time & much patience from 2 of your biggest fans!!!”
