“I had been gone from the JoplinMO area for a long time. Upon returning to the area, I used a Seneca hometown agency for my insurance needs. I was often upset because that office was haphazard in their paperwork (not canceling insurance on a car I traded off, giving me false information about my coverage of rental property when I called, etc. One agency even called the county tax assessor and argued with them over the value of my property, triggering a reassessment! WTH?? I had done business with Bill Hinman years ago when I lived here before and always liked him. He's just a good guy. He's very thorough. I have never had a question go unanswered or answered inappropriately. I switched all my policies back to Bill's office a couple of years ago. The attention he pays to my business is so uncommon anymore! Today, there was an issue regarding my bank and one of my policies. Bill got a call and he wasn't sure the issue was successfully resolved so he picked up the phone and called me right away. I was able to resolve the issue (which was pretty trivial but left unattended could have resulted in a policy lapse) with just a phone call. After having so much trouble with other agencies and their lack of follow through, I am once again a Bill Hinman fan.”
