My tax preparer was extremely helpful and gave tips on how to prevent owing money next year. I love going to the rangeline joplin mo location because the staff goes up and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. There was a yr that I got the emerald cash advance for Christmas... and the bank of emerald ended up taking the advance that I got approved for. It was my money and they took it. Needless to say I spent hrs trying to get my money back.. I could barely understand what their representative was saying. I was getting nowhere with my communication with them so I went to the rangeline location and the lady, who I'm very grateful for, spent days trying to straighten it out and get my money back.. after 3 weeks she accomplished just that!!! It's great to know that I can count on them to solve a problem if needed. Great customer service.. she didn't have to do it but she did. Thank you!!

Crooks! Spend almost a grand to ensure if a mistake is made they have to correct it. Due to the lady not sending in our Missouri taxes I owe five hundred dollars and they refuse to send in my return so it can be corrected. If I'm out the five hundred I'll be turning it over to the Missouri attorney general as fraud.
