Found out this year that my state from last year was never filed. Never got a letter until the one from the state letting me know they took my refund to pay them back. Called and discovered that it was a fault on H&R Blocks end. To top it off I got this letter after having to return to the same office 3x because the woman this year didn't finishing my taxes and messed up on the calculations on some of it. I had used them for 15 years and will never again. Only 1 person there was helpful and actually knew what she was doing. Just poor services

Terrible we filed married filing a jointvreturn my husband got his the 15th we were supposed to both get it together the 17th mine is lost somewhere and I still have not got it now its says I get it Wednesday
