“Stayed with my husband and our toddler for over a week while my husband was on a business trip, it was really nice! Celeste and Kim were so sweet and helpful with anything we needed. Our room was very clean, the complementary washer and dryer were so nice to have and it was just a great experience over all. We'll definitely stay again if we travel back to Joplin.
Rooms: The room we were in had a kitchenette with a full size fridge. They provided pots, pans, cups, plates, cooking utensils, silverware and a dishwasher too! We had a microwave and 2 burner stove top, but no oven. Which wasn't a big deal, I made a meal plan for stove top meals and it was easy breezy.
Nearby activities: We visited during the summer and they have awesome community pools. I took my toddler to schifferdecker (I think that's right) and it was as big and nice. The mall is also pretty close and so are a ton of different shopping centers. I was really happy that Walmart and Aldi we less than 5 minutes away.”
“Located near many restaurants, easy access, plenty of parking, breakfast food is good and available at 6:00 AM He's scheduled. Would like to be able to adjust the shower to a hotter setting.Rooms: Clean rooms, quiet, well lit.”
“Fantastic hotel to stop in Joplin. Right off the interstate, very clean, quiet rooms, great continental breakfast, and Culligan water in several convenient locations. This will be my regular stop when traveling in the future.”

“It was a very clean and nice place! It was a lot bigger than we expected lol there was no noise and everyone who was there kept to themselves which was awesome! The manager was so sweet and made sure we had everything we needed I’m so thankful for this experience and I will definitely be staying here again!”

“Interesting place. As a diamond member I've gotten better service. The rooms were clean and great as expected, but the shower had no hot water. When I asked about it they said they would move my room but there was no time for that.They did offer 1000 points which I chuckled at , but when I checked out they comped the entire room.Which I appreciate, but I still didn't get a shower that day.”
“6/5 stars. Not only does this hotel have some great staff and clean rooms but it's also a reliable place to stop when traveling cross country. Really enjoy my stay here everytime.”
“The description of the hotel is a bit wrong. They don't have a working hot tub or pool. The breakfast options were a bit lacking. The rooms however were super clean, fresh, great shower and the bed was wonderful with NO lumps! If you're traveling, as I was, it makes for a great place to rest for the night. It's also close to several must-see attractions.”

“I've stayed at this exact location more than 10 times. It has been impeccable service every time. However, this past weekend Katie (Katelyn) at the front desk was an absolute darling. She helped us get into a room early and ensured we were happy and comfortable. It was like we had always known her! The hotel makes it where I can take my sweet dog with me.. and the rooms are spotless. I never stay anywhere in Joplin but here!”
