I feel I've been conned multiple times by this bank. It's driven me completely broke. I've paid off being in the red, and now I'm still getting harassed by their collection agencies weeks after. These people are incompetent, if not completely evil. It's just a lot of women who must have been hired because they were friends with each other prior, with no experience or formal training. Their antics have driven me suicidal.

Had to close out an account and immediately open another. The two girls with the same name were very kind and extremely helpful.

Went there just for the sole purpose of picking up my new debit card, every female worker in the branch had a look like they didn't want to be there, just find a new job then don't take it out on customers. I always use the Rangeline location much better

Jared Dickey and his home loan team are amazing. Their professionalism and efficiency made our home buying process smooth and stress free. They bent over backwards to assist us in our out of state move. So grateful for their good and hard work. Highly recommend, ask for Jared !

If you say you open at 7:30, it would be really nice if when someone comes to your bank at 8:15 that the store is actually open. Three branches in town yet one is closed and the other one is not open on time...

The security against fraud and scams is awesome!! They don’t treat you mean like if you were the one that caused the issue. Like my last bank did. It broke my heart the way Arvest Bank treated meThank you Guaranty Bank

This is the worst bank ever. The Hometown bank was purchased by this Guaranty Bank and instantly the problems started. For instance, I got an American Family Insurance check for damages to my vehical. I deposited ot and they say it has a hold for 2 -7 days. Hometown never did that. I could see if i had tried cashing bad checks but I haven't. So, no longer bank here. People if we don't start demanding better customer service, it will continue to get worse.

My wife banked here when it was Hometown for years. Guaranty baught them out and we suddenly got a notice that we owed $120.00 for a safe deposit box she had never used. Hometown gave it's customers a safe deposit box with their accounts at no charge. Guaranty decided to charge but never let anyone know about the change. Then they tried to tell us even though we gave them back the key it would cost $100.00 to "drill the lock". They had the key! Avoid this bank at all costs.

Used to love this bank when it was Hometown! They'd go above and beyond for their customers. Not as fond of this new regional bank. Customers are certainly not the top priority any longer. May begin searching for a new local bank. Disappointed.

This used to be Hometown Bank, a local bank. Now its owned by a larger regional bank. They nickel and dime with banking fees that a lot of other banks don't do anymore. They just broke into the 21st Century with online banking not long ago. I would choose a different bank. Owned in Springfield. Like I said.

I have always been treated kindly, I feel very welcome at Hometown bank. I would recommend them to anyone.
