Worst customer service from cashier. He looked disgusted he had to do his job. Never spoke other than to mumble… Want your receipt?
This was in the Carl Junction location .

Harps just does a VERY poor job of policing their fuel pumps. They allow people to fuel, park AT the pump, do their grocery shopping, then finally return to their vehicle 30 minutes later. This is especially frustrating at the diesel pump. The last several times I’ve been there, people (in gas burners) have been parked at the diesel pumps doing their grocery shopping.
This isn’t just an Carl Junction problem. Harps all over the area have this problem. If they were smarter they would’ve put the fuel island in the far corner of their parking lots like Walmart, Sam’s, etc. Instead, they put it close to the store giving people up front parking AT the fuel pumps!

We found great, soft cookies baked fresh here and cotton candy grapes! We spent $14 on 2 packages of cookies and another $14 on grapes, but prices are high everywhere...

Friendly folks and great selection. A little pricey but I'm fine with paying a bit extra sometimes to avoid having nothing but Walmart to choose from for grocery stores. Somehow their gas is nearly always the cheapest in town.
They use a mobile app for coupons now, hometown rewards, you need it before going in if you don't already have it.

Great small grocery store chain with a nice deli... You really get your money's worth so don't be surprised by the higher prices it is based on portion size.

I ordered a birthday cupcake cake for my son's 2nd birthday of the #2. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement. First off I placed an order for 24 cup cakes and only received 22. For some reason they decided to only do 1 cup cake line instead of a double line at the top of the 2. Then there wasn't even enough icing to keep the cupcakes together it started to seperate. So not only was there not enough, it wasn't even appealing to look at. I've worked for a harps in Heber arkansas and they take pride in what they cook, and create. I think this department might need some help. I came to the store on a Sunday tried to pre order the people working acted like they had no idea what I was talking about and I couldn't place an order, keep in mind I live an hour away they told me to come back the next day and the decorator will be there. so I did a total of 3hrs driving for this cake. Just to show up Monday and be told she's not there thankfully the girl working knew what I wanted though so I placed my order on Monday pick up for friday.

Sorry to say but, this place has slipped since it’s opening.
Visited a couple of times the past two weeks.
Cashier never spoke one word. After ringing up items, I had to ask what total was. Once I was done, I had to ask for a receipt.
I thanked him with no reply.
No worries-I’ll just go back to Walmart.
