Awful! Had picture! She looked several times and still got the cut 100% wrong. I'm praying I can find someone to fix the cut today before I go out of town. I went to a shorter style so hopefully there is still enough hair to work with.
Very disappointed! And 100% waste of my time and money!

Dana is very personal and professional
My cut ended up exactly the way I wanted

I asked for less than three inches off, a little bit of long layering and face framing . She disregarded everything and took about six inches off and didn't even do the face layers. I was working on my hair growth and I now have to start at square 1. I'm so upset and am never going to this location ever again.

Visited this business this afternoon to get a simple trim on my 12 year old daughter. My 10yr old boy could have done better. Her hair is all uneven. She even went back a few minutes later to try to get bangs fixed and it was worse! Date of service 3/28 at approximately 330pm. She believes the “stylist” was Marcus. This was the worst experience ever and this will NOT be my only review.

This location has wasted my time on multiple occasions. They let people in who did not properly check in even if you yourself did properly check in. What a joke.
