We have been shopping for a sofa for awhile. Went to Furniture Row a couple times. Yesterday we decided it was time to make a purchase. Salesman was knowledgeable and cordial but not pushy nor did he follow us around. He answered all our questions. Went and looked at a different sofa at a different store. After thinking on it over night we went back to Furniture Row. Got the sofa we wanted and a couple more questions answered . Bought the sofa and love seat! Was a good shopping experience and thank Matthew Pasch for his help!

Matt at Furniture Row in Joplin, MO was professional and personable. After he greeted me, he informed me of the sales and let me browse at my leisure. I appreciated that he didn’t follow me around the store. When I was ready to purchase Matt was very helpful. It was very pleasant to be able to browse and decide with no pressure.
