my company needed a specific hvac compressor hard to find freeman had some of them for less than half contractor cost at supply house and available for shipment understood they were salvaged from manufacturer so no factory warranty, spoke with mark and rick who advised product had minor blemishes but they had established electrical/mechanical integrity. took a chance and ordered one. they went above and beyond to get it shipped out same day. it arrived exactly as described. changed oil and installed properly, started right up with no issues. very satisfied with this transaction. will be checking them out on future projects.

Just purchased a dishwasher. I stopped in just to see what they had on my way to an appliance store - needless to say I never made it to the appliance store. I am very happy with my purchase. They had a good selection of brands and options. The employees were all very kind and considerate of an old lady asking way too many questions. I recently shopped around for a new dryer after ours went out. After going to several big stores on rangeline we drove to Freeman’s after a recommendation from a friend. We were greeted at the door and shown where the products were located. And both workers there were extremely friendly and made our shopping experience hassle free. They allowed us to hold the product for up to 24 hours ensured we had the right hookups. Thank you for providing great deals and great service!

Only been in there once and will be last time. Owner not the least bit friendly or helpful when I was there. Was looking for certain item and after looking for myself for quite awhile finally asked him. He was only one around and hadn't asked me if I needed any help finding anything. And when I say around he was only about20' from me. I finally asked him if that item was on hand and he acted like he was disgusted I had bothered him. He pointed in a certain direction and just said it was in one of those aisles. Didn't bother to show me. If I had not needed that item I would have gone somewhere else.

I have been going there for years. I have always had help with anything I needed. They have always treated me courteously. They have a huge assortment of things. And the prices compare with any other place around. I even bought some Carter onesies there there for a friend. New and Clean.
