Currently my car is fine and is in great condition, however, I know that if in the future I need to buy a new car, Id go to Marcel John for his expertise, his knowledge and his way of being approachable and having a solid tone of voice during conversation. Marcel is great to talk to and get to know, he is a great listener and gives great feedback or advice. He is really great on hearing out what concerns or issues come about, but he is very stern on his way of talking and wanting to be the person that can help out! Great worker, great talker and amazing customer service. Would recommend this guy to a new car buyer right now, he's not too assertive but will be patient with your time and questions.

The shifter linkage grommet broke on my Sienna while traveling and in Joplin last Saturday morning while it was raining. Since it was a Saturday, they only had one tech available that could work on it and he was booked with a timing belt change and other work. The Service advisor, Mike, noticed that I lived 3hrs away and had the lube techs push my van in to get it ready for the mechanic to work on my Sienna and contacted me shortly before closing and they fixed the $3 part that had stranded me and finished shortly after closing and I was able to get to the rest of the Marian Days celebration and get home over the weekend instead of being stranded. great service on a very short notice with my vehicle being towed there and luckily able to finish my vehicle.

First, let me tell you I am not a fan of car dealers. I challenged any dealer to sell me a Toyota Tacoma TRD Off Road at less then MSRP. Every dealer I talked with in Arkansas had different ways of adding on money way past sticker price. It is so creative the way dealers can add costs to a vehicle. So, I got on the internet and stated the fact that all dealers are ripping customers off and none would be honest and make a deal that was fair. It wasn't long before I got a text from the General Manager at Joplin Toyota. He said, I'll sell you one under MSRP and I won't add all the dealer adjustments you see. I said OK let's see you do it. Well they didn't have any on the lot equipped the way I wanted. So Jim the GM, had Dan "The Car Man" call me. Dan, stated he would find or order me the truck I wanted. I thought here we go bs, bs, bs. But, I was mistaken. Dan did exactly as he said he would do and took quite a bit of abuse from me along the way. We got the truck ordered and I thought something will happen to screw this up. They won't honor the deal. Why would they sell it to me at under MSRP when others in the area are selling at $5K more? Well, to make a long story short, after a month I got my truck at the exact price under MSRP that was promised and they honored the trade in price with no hassles at all. I am now driving my new truck and feel good about the deal from Dan and the dealership, Joplin Toyota. Dan is very upfront and no bull kind of guy. He does what he says and has been there 17 years, so I am assuming he is a valued employee. Go see them, show this review and tell them you want a deal like John got. I swear I don't have any affiliation with these folks. I just wanted to pass on something I have been looking for. A dealer that you can get a descent deal at. Toyotas are all high and never discounted much. But it can be done!

Sadly I will never be doing business with Frank Fletcher Toyota. I went there informed they had new Tacomas coming in and I was eager to purchase one, but was informed they are charging $1,900 above sticker! Because of the “market”. This is frowned upon by the manufacturer and drives potential sales away. I then drove to Reliable Toyota in Springfield and put a deposit down on an incoming Tacoma. For $200 below MSRP. Don’t listen to “market adjustments” it is a bunch of bologna.
