I lost my IPhone about a month ago and searched high and low for it. I had given up on finding it, but that changed during a recent oil change at Fletchers. A service tech came out and asked if I’d lost a phone. It was on the cowl by the wipers. On the outside of the car! How it stayed there I don’t know, but a big thanks to Josiah Blome for finding it!

I do not recommend this dealership at all. My questions could not get answered and they did not seem to want my business. The management was lazy and didn't want to even try and help. Customer service sucks. Go somewhere else

Highly recommend buying from Fletcher Toyota. Maddox was very helpful with the whole purchase of my 2024 Toyota Tacoma. I was in and out in no time even with my trade in pickup. Go check them out!

We are thrilled with our 2024 Sienna Platinum, that I’ve lovingly named Pearl! We shopped for the best deal and chose Frank Fletcher Toyota in Joplin. (They beat all of Oklahoma’s prices!) Maddox Habibi took excellent care of us and created the smoothest transaction we have ever experienced! We highly recommend Maddox at Frank Fletcher Toyota!

I'll never do business with Fletcher again. Purchased a brand new Camry from them and the 2 times it's had a problem it been a fight to get them to warranty anything. Before it's first oil change the steering wheel. Started coming apart at the stitching. The service manager argued that it's really not a big deal. They did end up fix it but a car with 2k miles has the steering wheel falling apart isn't a big deal??? Then the AC failed on the car and apparently the factory and the extended warranty that I purchased at Fletcher are worthless. I would recommend to never do business with Fletcher. They're only going to try and screw you over. Zero service after the sale.

My experience with the dealer and salesman Jake Mitchell was very good. Jake helped me find the right car, kept me advised about that car and even came into work on his day off to complete the sale (because I had been ill). Go see Jake for your next vehicle.

Low pressure sales, but very helpful in our purchase.

On a five hour one-way trip to purchase a Sienna that an amazing salesman Chris had already coordinated, including five new tires and a windshield replacement, we were informed four hours into the trip that other customers were in the parking lot inquiring to buy the Sienna, and they would not wait for us. We had not been asked to put down a down payment, and if we should have, that should have been communicated beforehand. This time-sensitive purchase was important to our family, and unfortunately, supervisors were more worried about making the dime than taking care of a family, as Frank Fletcher speaks about. I would not encourage anyone to purchase through this dealership. Family is not the priority here.

My rav4 say in the service shop for 2 months practically untouched before they finally told me I had supposed dirty oil and that my engine was supposedly blown. Then come to find out they originally told me they’d honor the warranty work on the engine because it transferred with the car. Soon as the engine supposedly blew up then suddenly it was oh well I never said that and it’s not covered. I went and picked up my car and now suddenly it’s temporarily driving fine? Great for quick oil changes and such but AWFUL when you need actual stinking work done. They give you the run around, they lie to you, and then they’ll charge you out the bum for doing “service” to your car. Ridiculous.

Paid $130 for a diagnostic test. I was told my ECU and my battery were bad. They wanted me to pay $1800+ for the parts alone. Took it somewhere else only to find the alternator I recently replaced was faulty. Also did not hand me my tests back following the diagnostic being paid for, and could not present any evidence of testing my ECU. Everything works fine on my car now, in other words I was likely lied to, or paid $130 for one of the worst diagnostics of all times. Deserve a refund honestly. Please save yourself the trouble and take your car somewhere else, ESPECIALLY if you don't have a warranty on it anymore.
