I’m always happy to take my Altima for service at Frank Fletcher, Steve treats me very well and takes care of my car. The wait time is appropriate and the coffee, water, donuts and snacks are always a bonus.

Was looking for a quality used Mustang for my son. Saw via Car-Fax a vehicle that Frank Fletcher Nissan had posted online. Called and texted with a great sales professional, Zak Tucker. I was over an hour away. He allowed to sign a letter of intent to purchase and held the car until I could get there to see it. The dealership later discovered a few things that required repairs. They repaired everything without adjusting the original posted price. One of the absolute best car buying experience I have had!

I have an 09 Nissan Sentra that was purchased here many years ago. I plan to drive it into the ground - but I can’t say enough about their service department. Anthony and Jordan have been so helpful the many times I have brought my car in for everything from an oil change to something more complex. Their communication is clear and upfront. As a woman car dealerships can feel somewhat intimidating - but I don’t feel that way coming to Fletcher Nissan. Everyone has been so welcoming and friendly. Outstanding job to the entire team! When it comes time to buy a new car I will be back to purchase another Nissan!

I truly enjoyed my experience at Fletcher Nissan. Both Bryce and Joseph were a pleasure to work with. I am very happy so far with my new Nissan Pathfinder Rock Creek. The sales team at Fletcher Nissan were patient and kind- we even enjoyed a few laughs! My third vehicle purchase from this location.

Steve at the service center is very knowledgeable, Steve has taken care of us since 2016 when we brought the MURANO in for the very first services. He has always told us what we needed done ahead of our appointment. This is why our MURANO has lasted so long it has 200.000 on the vehicle. The only complaint is the last set of tires we purchased from Nissan they haven't lasted we have had them a year and one tire is in the red. But that is not Steve fault. I would highly recommend Frank Fletcher Nissan to anyone who is buying a new or use vehicle. They take very good care of you and your vehicle.
