I would recommend this dealership to anyone. I drove from 70 miles away and would do it again. The dealership is very nice and very clean. Everyone I dealt with was nice and helpful. But the best was my salesman. Kind of like lawyers, most people dread dealing with a car salesman. I've bought several cars so I speak from experience. However, I met the best ever when I was greeted by Keenan! He was extremely genuine as well as polite and respectful. He was also a good listener. He cared about the features I was looking for instead of trying to sell me on something more. I felt like he really does care about the customer! If only more were like him, it would give car salesmen a better reputation! Maybe the owner of all the Fletcher dealerships understands how valuable customer service is so he hires and/or trains his employees well. Or maybe, Keenan's mother just raised her son well!

1 1/2 months ago I took my car in to have it examined for an issue with starting. I was charged a $145 diagnostic fee, which is absurdly high. After that, I was told I needed a new fuel pump, which would be $1000 for the repair. Unfortunately, the part was on back order. My service advisor said he would call me in a few days with that update. I never got any call from him. Since then, I had to call every week or two to get an update because no one would call me to let me know what was going on. I finally called and asked to speak to a service manager on Wednesday, explaining my problem. He said he would speak to my service advisor and get back to me. 9 days later I still had not heard back from him, so I called and canceled my service. Based on this experience and the lack of help from anyone there I would not go back.
Edit: I took the car somewhere else finally and had the repair done same day for half the price. Definitely would not recommend this Hyundai dealership for service.

I was traveling from springfield to Oklahoma and when going through joplin my car went into limp mode, my engine light was flashing, and engine was knocking. We immediately pull over and look up there is a Hyundai close by so end up towing my car there. As soon as we walked in everyone was so nice and caring and helped right away. Jayson let me know my car was possibly covered under a warranty they just had to make sure it was that specific issue so had to wait for diagnosis before saying for sure (which it ended up being that, yay). They were so so caring and helped ease my worries and let me know not to stress too much yet. They ended up having my car diagnosed sooner than expected and they’ve been super quick and attentive to work with. Thankfully I was even able to get a loaner car while my car is being fixed. Jayson has stayed in contact with me the whole time giving me updates which I really appreciate. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future they are seriously so nice! Thank you guys!!

I recently purchased a 2022 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid from Fletcher Hyundai, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! Dominick, my salesperson, was fantastic throughout the entire process. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and great to talk with! Also, him and his manager made sure I got an incredible deal on my trade-in. The entire team at Fletcher Hyundai was friendly and professional, making the car-buying process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Fletcher Hyundai and Dominick if you're in the market for a new or used car. Five stars all the way!

Finn Taylor was a phenomenal salesman! He made our shopping experience a delight and we went home in a brand new vehicle after over a year of looking. I have a 2014 Hyundai Azera with less than 100k miles that has head gasket issues. The issue was identified by my local mechanic. Knowing I was outside the 10 year warranty, I was working with Hyundai corporate for a resolution that didn't involve me spending over $9,000 out of pocket for a full engine replacement. The requirement from Hyundai corporate was for me to have the issue diagnosed by a local Hyundai dealer. When I called Fletcher to schedule the appointment, their service lead informed me that he didn't want to schedule the appointment and based on "company policy" he didn't have to look at the car. (policy stated any vehicle that wasn't a warranty claim and was older than 10 years didn't have to be seen). I understand the issue itself was NOT Fletcher's fault as I did not buy the car from them, but they had the opportunity to help someone in need. I wasn't asking for complimentary services, I was merely asking for them to do what Hyundai had required. I have purchased two vehicles from Fletcher in the past (one new and one preowned) and those will be my last.

I was traveling through from North Dakota to Joplin and I was having a bit of issues with my vehicle. I had Jeremy and the service manager, Zeb, help me on out. They were extremely personable and caring. I’ve never been to a dealership with so much care. Definitely recommend coming here.
