When we got our car thought they did a great job. Now that I something messed up on the car our 7 year 150k mile warranty we got ain't what they said I ask what the warranty covers and was told everything except tires and breaks well that's a joke the backup camera goes out and that's not covered it will cost over 800 to fix it so be very careful they are shady up there and lost a customer we won't buy another vehicle there again

Amazing! The level at which Miguel and his team took the time and care for my concerns in finding a safe reliable vehicle was beyond my expectations. Not only did Miguel show up 100% on his day off but the level of professionalism to the constant communication to the headache of paperwork was smooth and informative. Miguel Alvarado was exceptionally helpful and caring towards my sister. He selflessly took time out of his day off to travel to Arkansas and retrieve a car, ensuring that she wouldn't have to make the long drive herself. He graciously allowed us to take the car to a shop for a thorough inspection. Throughout the process, he demonstrated remarkable patience and provided any assistance he could to make the situation easier for her.

I have had the best customer service here! This is my 3rd time buying from fletcher. Honestly, I will never go anywhere else. Hyundai is definitely my go to for sure & I have to give a huge shout to JOESEPH GAGNON for helping me. He went above & beyond especially since my credit wasn't that great but he made it happen ? I received a recall repair notice in the mail for my daughter's Fiat 500X. I called a few weeks ago and booked an appointment for this morning for the repair. The lady who took the call and booked the appointment knew this was for a Fiat.
I arrived today about 10 minutes early for the appointment, a guy in the service department took my Fiat keys, checked me in, and said he'd let me know when the repair was done. All is going well so far.
10-15 minutes later Jimmy comes out to tell me they can't do repairs for Fiat, and I will have to go to a Fiat dealership. When I start asking why he mentions their CDK software system has been hacked, it has impacted 15,000 dealers nationwide, etc. I did some Googling and did see that CDK Global was hacked 9 days ago.
I let him know I had taken a day off work for this, the lady that booked the appointment knew I had a Fiat, and the guy who checked me in knew I had a Fiat. I have so many questions:
1) Why did the woman who booked my appointment book it if they can't service Fiats?
2) Why didn't the service department manager, or anyone else in the service department notice there was a Fiat appointment on the calendar, and call me before I showed up?
3) If they can't get into their CDK software how does this prevent them from physically replacing a part on a car? Businesses were run with paper and pencils for hundreds of years before computers. Are you just going to stop doing business because of a cyberattack that happened over a week ago?
4) Did they forget to order the replacement part and just invent an excuse when I showed up?
I have bought cars from Frank Fletcher in the past, but they've lost my business going forward.
