I brought my 2004 subaru it wouldn't start. I did not like the young girl who was the manager. They did not call me on the phone to tell me what was wrong. I showed up and she thought it was odd I wanted to talk to the mechanic. I'm paying $130. For diagnostics? They said it would be $5,000. To fix it. Then manager same girl tells me she is leaving at 5:30, and I have to go when she does? I had to wait to have my car towed to walmart. Then a 20 yr. old man who works with her gets demanding and says he is having me trespassed off property. We had police there.

Considering no one answers the phone and you get forwarded to the main Frank Fletcher Auto group VM. People from the Toyota dealer call you back when all you need to do is schedule service on a Subaru. This dealership fails to meet even the basic levels of customer service by simply answering the phone.

Buying a car sucks. I hate it. However, after six months of research my wife and I came back around to buying a Forrester from Fletcher. Our salesperson, Ryan Harvey, was exceptional. He worked with us via phone and text for about 90% of the buying process. He was honest, considerate, and never once tried to over sell us on anything. He made the experience tolerable, which is saying something.

On August 5th 2023 we ended up purchasing a 2024 Subaru Outback Wilderness model. Our salesman was Daniel Vang. My rating for this gentleman would be excellent. I believe that he was committed to being honest and trying his best to help me in every way possible to make sure that we could have a positive experience in purchasing our new vehicle. I would highly recommend this young man to anyone who is interested in purchasing a vehicle. Daniel is a great gentleman and I believe that he will accomplish great things for whoever he works for. Fletcher Subaru is lucky to have a man like him.

I will be a customer for life at this dealership! They perfectly display compassion for their customers and take great care of you AND your vehicle. Working with the service department was such a refreshing experience, specifically, I believe his name was Eric. (its been a few weeks, I apologize) He went above and beyond taking care of me during a sticky situation I found myself in regarding tires, and hooking me up with a loaner vehicle in the meantime due to him being concerned about driving with my tires in the condition they were in. He went out of his way to help me out finding coupons to use as well. As a woman with little to no car experience at all, they made me feel 100% comfortable and explained everything to me in a non-demeaning tone with a great attitude regarding the services I needed. I cant stress enough how amazing my experience was at this location, if you want someone whose looking out for you, this is the place!

Easily the best car buying experience I've ever had... And my experience started weeks before I bought a car. I have been wanting a Crosstrek for a while now. When my car got totaled, the opportunity presented itself in the form of an insurance check. But I had a problem, I am from Arkansas, and not a single Subaru dealer in my state had one available, new OR used. I reserved one for nearly two weeks from now... However, I started calling around. I got to speak with Daniel. He listened to my problem during my hunt, but also didn't have any available. Until today. Out of the blue, Daniel called me and had one become available unexpectedly. Within minutes of hearing the news, I was the first person he called. I'm over an hour away, but we raced up to Joplin. He had everything ready. I was in and out in a couple hours. He listened to my finances, explained what he could offer, and immediately went to work putting everything together. I left feeling confident, comfortable with my purchase, and the no-pressure, no hassle, quick work, made it hands down the best and most effortless car buying experience I've had.

First of all, of all the cars I've ever owned, this 2024 Impreza is the best car I've ever owned. I had brand new 1969 roadrunner, brand new 1979 6.6 TransAm, I've owned many cars, but this Subaru is by far the best of quality, put togetherness, bells and whistles, and the most car for the dollar...The Boxer engine is by far the best quality designed engine in the world. I don't understand why companies make V8 or inline engines... Nothing is better than a Horizontal Opposes BOXER engine...Frank Fletcher dealership gave me a good deal... Everyone must make money, and I feel happy about my deal..I love this car ..Thank You Frank Fletcher...Gregory D...

The dealership was laid back and super helpful. We had our 17 month old daughter with us and David said in the kids playroom with toys, cartoons and snacks to make the process much easier with a toddler. ?

Extraordinary service! I can't say enough. Extremely satisfied with my vehicle work. Dropping off my rental was an incredible help since we live so far and that kept me from missing work. A.J. kept us posted on the status all the way and did everything to make this a pleasant experience. If you hesitate to buy a car from Frank Fletcher because you live in Springfield...don't hesitate. We bought our first new car here and went through Chris as a salesperson. We did not feel preyed upon as many often do at car dealerships and we feel the price of the vehicle was fair. The car buying process was incredibly easy and did not take too long, as it often does. We had our toddler with us, and everyone in the building was nice to him and accommodating to him. Even when he started getting tired and antsy we were reassured that he wasn’t a nuisance. Overall our time buying a car here was very positive and we would return in the future for another vehicle.

My experience with the purchase of my First Subaru was a walk in the park once I found Daniel Vang at Frank Fletcher Subaru. Daniel listened to me and was very attentive and easy going from our first conversation over the phone until the minute I left the dealership. I’m so happy to have found my Subaru and give Daniel more than 5 Stars for helping me find the Subaru Cross Trek Sport I had my heart set on!!!

I should have gotten the total price of the car in writing before agreeing to purchase my new car here. Perhaps I was unwise in assuming that the dealership would honor the MSRP published online by Subaru. Other dealerships I have bought cars from honor their published MSRPs. I suppose I may have gone ahead with the purchase had they told me about the additional costs up front, but I was surprised and unhappy after I had committed to buy the car and discovered the unexpected costs.I explained my concerns and the dealership was unable to make any correction.Additionally, the day before I was to take delivery of my car the dealer called and said they had changed their policy regarding remote delivery. We originally agreed that I would not be required to personally be on hand to take delivery of the car since I live over four hours away. I am accustomed to buying cars and other things remotely. Because they made this change I had to take a day off work, drive for 9 hours, and take delivery personally. This was annoying, time consuming, and expensive. It doesn't seem fair that the dealer could change the terms of our agreement so dramatically the day before I was scheduled to take delivery of the car.Subaru Crosstrek is a great car, though! Super happy with it.

I bought my car here at Fletcher from out of state (NY) about a month and a half ago and just getting around to write this review. This was an amazing car buying experience! Christopher, Travis and the people there were so helpful in prompt you providing all the info and docs needed to close the sale fast remotely. They don't play games here unlike many other dealers I've dealt with before finally finding my vehicle here and don't add on any ridiculous fees to the final price.
