I send a package over three weeks now and all FedEx is doing is just Holding the package and saying it because of fraud and activities when I called they are they giving me the runaround telling me to go where I sent the package from when I went there it’s still the same thing they have my package they don’t want to cancel it they don’t want to let it through FedEx is the worst company I ever dealt with in delivering a package

Ur drivers need retrained everytime I get a package delivered they handle it carelessly several times I watch them on my camera walk up to the front door and just drop it like they don't care

Terrible service. Glad the Joplin/Webb City location is closing. No one seems to care if they are doing their job right or if their customers receive the service that the customer requested and paid for. Paid for 2 day delivery to my home and instead of delivery I had to physically drive to Webb City to pick up my item on the 3rd day or wait for them to POSSIBLY be able to deliver on the 4th day.

Bought 2,000 dollars in car parts and had it “overnight shipped”. It was on a weekend so I gave it Monday to be shipped, Tuesday delivery. Tuesday it’s delayed in Memphis so after numerous calls to customer service and no answer as to where my package is Thursday rolls around and I get a email my package is moving and will be here tomorrow (Friday). Fast forward to Friday the package is delivered and I’m not in a place to get the package for several hours and take it inside, I look into the delivery email to see where it’s left at. The driver put the package in my driveway of all places 10 feet from the road just begging to get stolen before I make it home. Do better.Sincerely,A lost customer that will never ever think about using your services again.

I didn't go in because it looked like a factory, not a place to go in to get help with mailing a package! The only signs on the door was the hours so not sure if it was just the office or what!

Someone in Europe sent us a package, priority delivery. I had inadvertently given them the wrong zip code. I called the FedEx Ship Center and gave them the correct zip code for our tracking number. The gentleman I talked with assured me it would be corrected. Then, 24 hours later, I got a call from another person with FedEx just to reassure me again, that everything had been resolved and package was on schedule! The extra call was unexpected and very appreciated! That’s some excellent customer service!

Order from Shein to my Grove address was taken back by driver because he couldn't find my address. We called 4 times in 6 or 7 days to assist with this. We get fedex trucks in this neighborhood daily. We have had no problem for years. The driver insisted that the address was wrong and would not bring it back for delivery. I refused to drive 90 miles to pick it up and every call ended with assurance that the package would be back out for delivery the next business day.Finally I was told that the package had been destroyed because they told the shipper that it was undeliverable. There was a party dress and multiple items for my granddaughter. They tell me to contact the shipper for a refund. All because a driver would not admit he was wrong or care about doing his job. The dance is in a couple of weeks. She is very sad.

The Fed Ex driver leaves my Hello Fresh box at the mailbox on the ground. I live in the country, my mailbox is not visible from my house, it's at the end of my gravel road. I order Hello Fresh because I am unable to leave my home due to medical condition. It's 21 degrees outside and I'm not walking all the way to the mailbox, it's too far! These boxes cost 70$ a week to purchase and someone could just drive by and steal it!

Extremely poor service. No delivery attempt properly made. I had to have someone drive the 40 miles to your distribution center pickup my package of medical supplies.

I was told my driveway was closed and locked no it was not just left a sticker I live an hour away from FedEx absolutely ridiculous I needed the package that day

No excuses for bad delivery service and worse customer service, there is no accountability from this business for either of these being addressed, or improving. When it's more than one occasion, in more than one state, and more than one individual person... Something needs to be done by this company.
