The most unprofessional drivers I've ever met with the worst customer service. Between drivers stacking packages on my bike instead of leaving at the door, to drivers not bothering to deliver the full order, good luck not wanting to strangle someone. Call customer service, after a half hour, I finally get ahold of someone and they can't do ANYTHING without an "investigation" which always seems to be fruitless. Nope, can't call the driver, we gotta wait for 2-10 business days.
I despise this company.

On June 28th a fuel card was shipped Overnight 740 miles. Multiple delays due to the worst shipping company in the country. But, here I sit, unable to fuel my vehicle and work to feed my family for a week now because work ethic and customer service mean absolutely nothing to FedEx. On the plus side, I had a package shipped from New Jersey on June 29th by UPS that delivered at 8am Monday. Great knowing there's still companies one can trust. SHIP UPS AND AVOID FEDEX AT ALL COSTS!!!

My package wasn't dropped off because it required a signature, told me to come to the facility to pick up. I get there and wait an hour before finally leaving. Package was never found.

I just think it's strange Amazon prime and UPS can find our house, but fed ex constantly leaves our packages at the wrong address. They say it's not their problem! I won't buy anything that ships Fed Ex.

This really is getting old. If I get a FedEx package on the actual DELIVERY date, I will let you know. In the meantime, Chewy is fixing to lose my auto shop business if they keep using you.

Tracking does not prove accurate for delivery, and the 800 number is no help. I WAS able to retrieve my packages at the facility, but it is not easy.

Way to go FedEx. I was told my package was on the truck by 6 a.m. and would be delivered by 8 p.m. Waited all day - tried several times to make contact and was assured it was out for delivery. No delivery!!!!

My ordered items of antique china and goldware were damaged by fed ex. I witnessed the fed ex driver drop 5 stacked boxes one at at a time at my garage door (where my car would have ran over them)on top of each other which broke open the bottom box with hundreds of dollars worth of items. I have attempted to reach the owners of the route but they have not returned my call.I would expect better of fed ex

Still waiting on a package that has been in Joplin the last three business days. No way to contact anyone local for any sort of service. They must have knew their service was going downhill that's why they closed their ship and receive location on site or I could have went over and picked it up. I probably won't use FedEx again. You would think communication would be better in an age of up to date digital reporting... however...it's just more incompetent. Shipper beware!!
