Lied about 2 attempts to deliver when I was waiting both days for delivery. I requested signature required because twice delivery was to a vacant in the neighborhood. Today I have been sitting in front of my open door looking out the storm door all day .

Driver let some Random guy named Garret sign for our 400 dollar package Driver came from this locationWe filed a claim and customer service admits to sending it to the wrong apartment numberTwo old ladies live in this apartment and said they received no package and they know no Garret we call claims again and say the next process it to have the manufactures file a claim tooWhen they did........ We waited 7 weeks for the first possess investigation. Then we've waited 2 weeks for the second phaseNo one's willing to do a refund or fix thisWe might as well give up.This isn't even the first time.

What is the point of a delivery service if I have to pick up all of my packages that are shipped through you? My FedEx driver(s) regularly don't knock and just leave a note. We see the van pull up and, because of where it windows sit we don't see him walk up, we wait for the knock but the van mysteriously drives away without a peep with only a note on the door. I will be getting my parcels shipped through anyone other than you guys. This is not my first bad experience with Joplin FedEx
