I ordered the ETTA OG | good day sweatshirt. I had a coupon code but my total ended up being 55 dollars and some change. When I received the package, I immediately tried on the crewneck to find it was a thin, scratchy Hanes branded crewneck. The graphics looked cheap. I emailed asking to initiate a return and was told I would need to pay for the return and then I would only be issued a store return. Small shop or not, I didn't like the quality, would not purchase again so to not offer a full refund is just tacky.

I adore shopping with Etta & East! I always get so many compliments on the clothing, shoes, jewelry, hats, etc. that I wear from this shop! I really appreciate their diverse sizing options and unique/on trend finds. I especially love the styling inspo on their Instagram! And a huge bonus, we love to shop and support small local businesses!

I absolutely love this little boutique!! Everything they have is right up my alley!! Their style is so fun, and colorful and I love all of their designs! I also love that they list details about their pieces too, as in sizing whether we need to size up or down or if it’s tts! That’s always a +!!
