I could not recommend this place enough. They picked me up from the body shop and were very kind with the whole process. They made me feel safe and taken care of (if you're a woman you understand how scary this can be by yourself). The greetings I got once in the actual shop were amazing and smooth. Upon returning the vehicle the front desk remembered who I was and greeted me with a big smile. Amazing customer service and the car was very clean. This place and location is amazing and I would recommend it to anyone!

Stellar experience with Enterprise & Mr. Kylor McCartney! I had to get a rental while my car was being repaired in the shop after a hail storm. They made the rental easy as could be. They picked me up at the shop where my car was getting worked on and I was on my way within the hour. Drop off was easy as well. My rental ended up with a low pressure tire warning and Kylor went out of his way to help me get that resolved as well so that I had minimal down time. They really care about doing a good job at this branch. Keep up the good work Enterprise!!!!

By far the best service I've had at any enterprise in the country. Kylor the manager is awesome. Clean cars great customer service. Talk with them and they will try their best to get you exactly what your looking for or the next best thing.

Got to enterprise on Rangeline in Joplin at our pick up time, with several other people in the lobby, and took a few minutes before a worker helped checked us in. After several of the people before us were asking how much longer it would be before their cars were ready. Slowly other customers were getting their cars. We sat for an HOUR and ten minutes past our pick up time before we got the car. There's also no drop box which is now making things slightly more complicated when bringing the car back...

I stopped in the Joplin, Missouri Enterprise Car Rental to extend my rental. Taylor Davis was associate to assist me in my situation. She was a life saver. I'm from East Idaho traveling to South Carolina and had lost my debit card while traveling. I went to my bank hoping to get a new card with my name on it but they only issued a temporary card, and mailed the new one to my home in Idaho. I thought I was gonna be stranded., she took care of us . Thank you very much Taylor. You are the best .

My husband had reserved a compact car 2 weeks in advance to be at the location closest to our home while my car was being repaired. That didn't happen. So we went to the other location where the compact wasn't ready so they offered a sedan. That started a man war over the size of the vehicles. The employee argued with my husband back and forth for over 5 minutes because my husband reserved a compact car, I'm 4 ft 11, and I drive a Rogue. My assumption is that he felt my Rogue was bigger than the Malibu and it was it some dimensions but not all. All the while I'm having to scream over the both of them that the Malibu was fine...I just need to get to work.I would have driven a tank at this point. What happened to customer service? This was not the 1st time we've had issues with Enterprise. A few years ago we reserved a sedan because my husband, who is over 6 feet, would be the driver...they gave us, what I can only describe as a clown car. We're talking people laughed when he got out of it. Never again Enterprise....I'll Uber or walk next time.

Excellent customer service. Needed a rental while my car was in the shop. Answered all of my questions and were very helpful and thorough walking through all of the paperwork. Would definitely recommend.

I made a reservation online for a rental car days before pickup and just received a call they couldn’t honor my reservation for tomorrow morning. Suggested I call another location but they too couldn’t help locate a car for me. That person suggested I rent a Uhaul. What?! Don’t rent from Enterprise they are completely unhelpful and don’t have to honor your reservation. As a military family that does a lot of traveling we won’t be renting from or attempting to rent from them again.

Literally the worst rental experience ever. Reserved a car Friday online - reservation confirmed. Take a $30 Uber to pick the car up today and am told they have no cars. I have rented from enterprise multiple times in the past, never this location before, never this location again. On the plus side, they did give me a ride back to my house. The driver/detailer was super sweet and I appreciate him very much. Still lost $30 out of the deal and don’t have the car I needed. Huge waste of time.

This is the dumbest thing I have ever seen here. I drove 950 miles in one day to be to work by 5am the next morning and couldn't turn in the car!
