Went in this morning with a good friend and I'm probably the best customer you had. Rick the store manager is very rude and taking your business down. His mouth overloads his size and everyone I talk tớ there thinks the same thing. We were your great customers for a long time. I'm out of there until he is replaced. Why you don't see a drop of revenue on his shift is beyond me. If you keep him it won't be long until you go under. This is good advice from a concerned customer.

The store tried to rip me off. Clerk would not honor the sale price that was clearly marked on the cooler door. Even after I pointed it out to him. Lost a sale and lost a customer

Well I like the store go to it all the time but but my last experience there was not the greatest as I'm trying to play the machines you got people sitting next to me watching p*** on their phone and then on top of that when I go and try to buy what it is that I wanted to buy I get told I can't purchase it because they don't have the change 420 I mean what kind of convenience store has a business ran when they don't even have the money for customers to get what they want I got told I'm sorry I can't sell that to you because I don't have enough money to break your 20 dollar bill

The night time employee tye on July 30 20021 @ 10pm was smoking a cigarette and told my friend to hold on till he was finished, I told him it's bad customer service and he said it's it's good customer service that he answered my statement very rude guy

With most gas stations using up to 10% Ethanol in their gas, I have been looking for a gas station that has gas with little to no Ethanol. I asked the clerk and lady if their gas contained Ethanol and they stated only a minimal amount. The problem I am having with my vehicle is the "tighten gas cap" warning light will come on when I fill up at Caseys, Kum and Go, and Sams Club. I filled up at Doc Stop last night and so far no issues with the gas cap warning light. I went in the convenience store to fill up my water jug and noticed it was very clean and organized. Prices seemed fair and I wish they served Chicken other than tenders like they used to! I was impressed at how friendly the clerk and lady was here and will definitely come back as long as their gas doesn't include up to 10% Ethanol! The opinions stated here are my own and not provided to me by the owner/operator of this establishment. I actually had the pleasure of working here, and even assisting in its management for almost a year. The owner Jeanine is amazing and anyone would love doing business with her. She's honest, polite, and keeps to her word if she offers you help. Too notch at running stores. She mostly only visits this one for TV Spots, but she always came when we needed her help. The choice of candy and chips was always wonderful, especially for the stoner crowd. They have a great selection of blunt wraps and cigarettes but the Maiden Lane store has a terrible selection of alcohol compared to the main store on 32nd street. The people who come through the store is really what makes it an amazing place, but the selection of snack food is very much above the rest. Champs Chicken is an amazing attachment to the store and having eaten at other Champs, we did it best. For anyone who doesn't know, food from this Champs goes half price after 6:30. Overall five star store. Will always miss working here.
