Dixie Printing went above and beyond for my grandfathers obituary pamphlet. I walked in with pictures and a handwritten obituary and the staff was able to design and print with what I gave them. They are veteran owned and extremely easy to work with. I would highly recommend them as well as use them in the future for any printing needs.

I started to order business cards online, but I try to always give business to local merchants. I drove 30 min to Dixie Printing to support their business. I was shocked at the lack of knowledge from the person who greeted me. Not only was she unsure if they could do the job, she had not a clue about receiving photos to do the job. They lost a valuable customer who would have given them repeat business.

Very friendly service. I had an idea when I came but was unsure on the details for my wedding invitations. They helped walk me through it and I have a lovely product. They are quick and have very reasonable prices. Also love the fact that they are a local business!

I had a horrible experience using her service years ago. I needed to get some pictures printed to make a portfolio for a digital photography class. She messed up the crease on my pictures and when I pointed it out, she then started questioning my knowledge in this field and talked to me like she was trying to outsmart me in everything I said. I was just trying to get my project done and perfected to my standard while putting up with her attitude and poor customer service. After dealing with her talking down on me, she finally reprinted some new ones. Also, when I went to the back to show them where my files were on the flash drive, ash trays and cigarette butts were as if in every corner and the smell was so thick. Not sure if smoking and paper are a good mix. A big headache in every sense here.
