Don’t waste your money here! But at minimum READ THE REVIEWSUpdate! Context :They gave me the run around about fixing the car then gave me the run around about pickup time. Then when they did give me a pickup time I showed up and got screamed at for not calling. I’m a business woman and they were a huge waste of time. Told me to be there at a certain time then the car wasn’t ready. Told me to come back at lunch.. the car was eventually ready for pickup at 4:30pm.Claimed to fix 2 motor mounts (that I waited days on) but turns out they didn’t! Found out the second I got on I-44!! The owners ego was hurt so I guess he was going to “show me”. He learned that some women yell back when you scream at them. Super unprofessional guy. There wasn’t any other “staff” involved. The car also threw a rod.I wouldn’t refer your business to a cockroach. Nor would I EVER consider purchasing a vehicle from your lemon show ever again.Im sure Daily Deals is very proud of their reputation and that’s all that matters.

Recently went there and looked at a few of their cars that they said “nothing was wrong with them” the first (ford focus) instantly sounded rough and was loud, the second (Buick regal) we went to get looked at had bad timing & crank shaft. They did have a decent truck and when we got to talking price (because the miles were over 240k & it’s an older truck with some detailed issues) the employees were very rude with a snobby attitude talking about “you can take your business elsewhere”. I do not recommend this place because it was so very unprofessional of them and to be real they don’t clean their vehicles.. one had crumbs and cans all over it, they had beer cans in the back of the truck and dirt in the seats…I’d like to add that even after I told them the diagnosis they were still trying to sell the vehicles as “nothing is wrong with them. They all are good cars”

Ok, so I chose to wait a little bit to post a review. Hoping that somehow it would get better. But it hasn’t, my boyfriend and I bought a 2016 Chevy Malibu back in September-October of 2023, from Daily Deal Auto. We paid 7,000 dollars for this car. To find out that the car we bought has a huge oil leak, and then when we thought we got that some what taken care of. We found out we needed new wheels and tires. There went 1500 dollars alone, and then we ended up spending another 350 on breaks and brand new rotors, thank goodness we where less the a mile away from our house because the breaks literally where so bad that they lost a lot of break power and one pad fell out of its spot. And then we took the tire off and the rotors were cracked and rougher than rough can be. If I can update pictures I will. It honestly would have been a different story if they would have just been honest and told us all its problems but they said the reason for the car being 7,000 dollars is because it had a ton of miles on it and hail damage. Don’t make the same mistake, read the reviews fully, from everyone! And please don’t waste your money like we did. The 7,000 dollars we had could have went on a down payment to a very nice car with a warranty on it from a good dealership. Please please DONT waste your money!!

I bought a little S10 from these guys about a year ago. From the outside it didn’t seem too terrible. But he was wanting $3400 for a high mile S10. Well after buying it we ended up finding out the oil hadn’t been changed in 8 months even though the owner said he “drove it 100 miles to work every day” Then, the slave cylinder immediately went out after it got home which would explain the “random” bottle of brake fluid. That and the brake line was almost completely rusted through. And the throw out bearing went out too right after it got home. The exhaust flex pipe had been jb welded or something temporary to get the sale. Ended up needing $1400 in total of repairs. I know that after I buy it, it’s mine. But for being a car dealership I would sure wish that they would make sure the cars they sell were completely operable and in good working condition. The truck has been pretty good to me after all of those repairs. Thank God Chevy is a good brand otherwise I would be out a new to me truck. Would NEVER recommend buying from here unless you want a project.

Make sure it gets inspected before you purchase a car here or take it to a shop to look over it. Engine light turned on right after purchasing a car there and its a $1200 fix

I would give zero stars if I could. This business is beyond unprofessional. I inquired about a car they had. Not only did they take days to respond but the lady came off rude from the beginning. I’m not sure why you would have a dealership but not want to sell cars??!! Would not deal with Megan again.

Honestly best car buying experience! I came in with a not so good van 7months pregnant and they made it possible to get into a new van! Friendly staff and let us test drive long distance so we could really see how it handled at different speeds! Will buy from there again!

Worse customer service I’ve ever had in my life of purchasing vehicles, purchased a car & 2 days later my car wouldn’t start though we figured out the issue when calling to inform the salesperson she continuously talked over me threatened to hang up in my face bc she wouldn’t listen to what was even wrong with the car .. when my boyfriend tried to talk and I was speaking with my mom she’s in me and my moms convo wanting to argue .. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE very sweet to purchase and when there’s an issue it’s a totally different person and attitude

I was a service and part manager for new car dealers before I retired. I know hundreds of people in the car business. I've had one of my best buying experiences working with Jay and Megan. There was a mistake in an ad saying they were open on Saturday and they were not. They answered the phone, went to the lot to get a piece of info on a car for me.My bank decided it was mess with me day and kept declining a brand new credit card. Megan was very nice and patient, worked through to get it done. It's too bad that people that have a good outcome don't always say so and the least little misunderstanding can get blown out of wack. These are used cars people. They don't rebuild them, it's up to you to inspect or take it to someone you trust. Even then a great running car can break anytime. I would do business with them again and recommend them to anyone.

They sold us a car they said it was inspected , I just went to get tags for car and inspection is from august , we’ve already had to replace catalac converter and Chevrolet also said we need to replace fuel pump . Catalac converter was not covered on warranty 1300 dollars . Fuel pump is covered but it’s 100 deductible . Now we find out car inspection is no good ughhh . If it don’t pass inspection after replacing catalac converter , I’m taking them to court .. first time financing a car and it’s been all bad so far because of this dealership . Forgot to mention there was about 4 inches of water sitting where spare tire was supposed to be so also have to replace seal on the trunk ..2016 impala
