Customer Service is terrible...They had at least 3 people working here on a Thursday afternoon around 2:30 -'3pm..The only person that even acknowledged me was a man & he asked me several times if I was doing alright like most clothing stores do..I even walked right by two of the other women employees, and they looked the other way. I AM A FIRM BELIEVER TO SUPPORT OTHER WONDERFUL WOMEN NO MATTER WHAT THEY ARE WEARING ETC...I was so excited to visit inside today but left disappointed..I was going to buy several cute tops from this Joplin MO location and decided to buy online instead.I hope this gets to the Regional Manager so that they might talk to the other 2 employees who were working here today.This is an honest opinion.Thank you

This store has the best customer service. They always take exceptional care of me when I am there shopping, and are very attentive to my shopping needs. Robert and his crew go above and beyond to make sure that every customer feels like they are having their own private shopping experience.

I went into the store looking for one thing and I walked out with a couple of things.. It was nice to see that there was a man in the store for once to get a Man's perspective on what you look like when you're trying something on and how it looks. He found me a bracelet that looked really nice with my new shirt. I've only been in the store one other time; I pass it many times but I know for sure that I will be going back. All it takes is one good experience and that was it for me.The store was very clean and welcoming.Thank You..!.

They ALWAYS greet me by name! Great ladies always helping to make your shopping experience fun and productive. If they don't have it they can order and send it to your home. The prices look steep...until you know about their SALES! Every Thursday and Sunday are sale days...plus other longer running sales. Become a passport member and always get free shipping to your home and a 5% discount on ALL orders. In the end you can get better quality clothes and spend less...especially when you mostly order online as I do. No problems taking in returns ordered from online either!
