Was trying to either get my phone repaired or get a new one to transfer data to. After going back and forth with insurance and their fix it place, Walmart, and another fix it place, found this one in the mall. He was able to completely repair my old phone within an hour when the insurance fix it place needed several days to a week and wouldn't even fix my phone (didn't have the parts and wouldn't only fix the front screen so I could retrieve my data myself.. would have had to purchase a phone as well). Cost less than they were quoting me IF they had the parts to completely fix the phone. Save time and hassle and just come here for your phone repairs. (Cancel the insurance as well ?)

The WORST place to come to for ANY of your phone needs. i had the worst experience there and am NEVER going to come back. they were handling my phone VERY roughly and it felt like it was going to break any second. they kept on trying to force me to buy things i didnt want and once i handed them my phone, they wouldn't give it back! they kept on protesting with me to buy something but after how much they kept on harassing me, i decided not to and bought from the other place in the mall. They will harrass you and mistreat you in a way you would never forget. Their cases were of such cheap quality and some were even used and dirty! If i could give them 0 stars or below, i DEFINITELY, DEFINITELY WOULD. PLEASE, I HIGHLY ADVISE YOU NOT TO GET ANYTHING FROM HERE!!!

Extremely disappointed in the case I purchased for my wife for Christmas. She has just used it for two days at the Capitol (her phone just arrived this week) and it’s leather is separating. We brought it by the stand and they said they would glue it back together and then said oh never mind we don’t have any glue and told me I could glue it back together.

I can't get anyone to answer the phone at this place...wonder if it says anything about the way they handle their customers in store?? I can't give zero stars or I would because this is rediculous when you call a company you should have someone who answers the phone, I've called multiple times and nothing.

I went for a simple clear protective case and screen protector for my Galaxy S10. The case was fine, although it cost $20 - my issue was with other things. The screen protector I purchased doesn't allow for fingerprint scanning so I went back to resolve the issue within 2 minutes. His solution was to recommend that I buy the liquid screen protector which would only cost another $10 after already purchasing faulty accouterments. He applied my screen with the case on, which resulted in poor application so I had to reapply it (but the issue of my fingerprint not working still remains). And to top it all off he was much more concerned with insisting that my boyfriend purchase a case from him as well. Thanks for the lesson, I'll just be visiting a licensed phone retailer from now on.

Buyer beware. High pressure sales tactics. Like a caricature of the unscrupulous con artist. Don't let them talk you into buying an installed screen protector. It's for a different phone and ridiculously inadequate. After they applied a sticky card pocket to the back of my slim case, it wouldn't allow for the biometric fingertip scan. Don't let them touch your phone, especially if you are conflict-adverse. My fault, never again.
