I use to love Cato but the Joplin store is the worst store I've visited. I understand they don't have public restrooms but the Springfield stores have installed restrooms for the public. Since I was just told no I can not use their restroom, I put the things back that I was going to purchase and wasn't able to continue shopping. Because of how this store treats us without kindness, I will pay off my card and cut it up! Joplin ppl at Cato is not changing to good customer service and I will no longer shop there. Kohls deserves my business.
