4 out of 5 coffee machines out of order. Most of the time at least two out of order.
If all the other Casey's can keep their coffee machines working so can you.
But I see the manager here. Lazy.

On Wednesday May 29th at approximately 1805 hours I enter the Casey's general store at 2764 in order to get some ice for my cup and a sandwich and some fruit when I got up to the counter the gentleman tried to find charge me for a fountain drink which I explained to him it was not a fountain drink he said what's that I said it was ice for a drink that I already had which was tea and he grabbed the items that I was going to purchase them throw them in the store and told me to leave. It was unprovoked unwarranted and very unprofessionalism. Individual is a white male with a scruffy unkept unkempt hair and beard, glasses, he does not know how to talk to people he has been rude and considerate not just to myself but two other customers and clients too when he had a clientele going all the way around the back of the store by himself. Really no need for that type of behavior

Why are the cashiers and cooks so unfriendly, rude (that's if they decide to speak to you) and behave like zombies? They have no expression, rarely speak and act surprised and bewildered when you approach the counter to pay. All I expect is Hello and Thank you, neither of which I've ever heard. I just don't understand how they even get hired in the first place. I know Casey's has higher standards than that

I myself live very close to this location, I work near as well. All of the employees are extremely nice & very helpful. All of the times I’ve visited they been beyond amazing. I’ve grabbed breakfast several times, along with lunch. Casey’s at this location is 100%. Also, the thin crust pizza is the best & all of the employees take pride in their service. I’ll always be a patron of this location, all of the staff should get a raise.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. REFUSED ME SERVICE BC IM NATIVE AMERICAN, HASSLED ME THE ENTIRE TIME I WAS IN THERE! DONT HIRE RACIST CASHIERS.

I had to stop here last night because I was really tired, needed to stretch, and needed some coffee to get me home. The cashier was super nice and asked how I was doing. I said, "good, let's see if I don't die on my way home." I laughed but she looked concerned and said, "oh no, please dont..."I have to write this review for her. I have not met a person at any gas station or place of business who showed legitimate concern while performing her job. Those simple 4 words are what helped me because it showed me there are more people in this world that care despite what kind of day they are having.I did not catch her name but she was wearing really cool glasses and was working last night (9/16/23). Management needs to recognize this young lady for her willingness to do more than just her job.

Past experience pizzas were very good. Bought one yesterday that is the worst I’ve ever had. Dough was like it had been run over with a steam roller. Canadian bacon almost nonexistent.
Price increased 20%.

Stopped in this morning 08/17/23 around 0620 to get some breakfast. Got the loaded breakfast bowl. It was loaded alright. Loaded with the makings of a bad case of the Hershey Squirts. Thanks for the diarrhea. I'll come back next time I need cleaned out again.

I ordered a pizza took over an hour. Did not listen to the NO TOMATOES part! I asked for the chips on the side. There was no meat only beans. Manager on duty was rude. I have had several problems with this Casey they messed up and for got my cheese sticks 2 times I asked if he could please put them in the order he said he had no control over that. ( as a manger!) will never be back there again pizza was awful you could see where it was spit on. Will be calling a health inspector!!!!! With pictures!!!
