“I could not recommend this place enough. They picked me up from the body shop and were very kind with the whole process. They made me feel safe and taken care of (if you're a woman you understand how scary this can be by yourself). The greetings I got once in the actual shop were amazing and smooth. Upon returning the vehicle the front desk remembered who I was and greeted me with a big smile. Amazing customer service and the car was very clean. This place and location is amazing and I would recommend it to anyone!”

“I've done business with the Joplin Airport Avis twice in the past week. The first, I needed a ride asap. Their selection was limited due to a busy weekend, but with a slight upgrade (with cost on my part), I was able to get a really decent ride. When I returned 3 days later, there was a better variety to choose from and more fitting for my needs. Each Avis rep was friendly and knowledgeable. And I was given a discount thru my Sam's Club membership. I will be renting from them again in the future.”

“I had to put my car in the Shop, and my insurance company paid the majority of the rental while my truck was in repairs i pay my insurance for the service!, I had some disagreement with the manager, he ran over to snograss collision and spoke with them as if i wasnt being honest with him, This made me a little uncomfortable, turned out fine in the end because they do work for Hertz and they "Snograss" paid the rental for about a week, because snograss had not received the parts yet and was tardy on even starting on the truck. in the end i didnt like the comfrentation. He managed to run over to snograss before i got there to discuss the tardyness. It is what it is. He wanted the 4runner because the military, government entity had reserved it for that week, and they paid more. It did snow that week, which was the point. Anyway, i could choose enterprise, and i probably will next time. The 4runner was a 19, the vehicles are not as clean or nice as those renting Avis, which my insurance company does not work with.”

“Jamal Morris greeted us with a "Hello" and a handshake as soon as we walked in. He impressed us with the fact that he remembered our son's name. Our son is a college student who had to attend class that morning. So we returned the vehicle for him [parents]. Jamal was expedient with the process of the return and made sure we were happy with the vehicle. We were back on the road in no time. Jamal was the classic example of genuine customer service and knowledge of your services. You'd be best served to keep him on board.”
