“We were caught in a nightmare where a rental company sent us to the wrong place to exchange a terrible car that was totally unsafe to drive in the rain.
Tim is the best of the best. Knowing it wasn't their car rental he went above and beyond cleaning the outside and inside of the windshield and balanced all four tires where the tire pressure was all over the place. He didn't just offer his assistance, he insisted.

“I've done business with the Joplin Airport Avis twice in the past week. The first, I needed a ride asap. Their selection was limited due to a busy weekend, but with a slight upgrade (with cost on my part), I was able to get a really decent ride. When I returned 3 days later, there was a better variety to choose from and more fitting for my needs. Each Avis rep was friendly and knowledgeable. And I was given a discount thru my Sam's Club membership. I will be renting from them again in the future.”

“I rented a SUV for a business trip March 23rd through March 26th, recently. They were very busy and overwhelmed with rude customers. Johnnie Trey Rucker However, got to me right away as I informed him, I would not treat him like the other customers were. Then Jenna Bieber Got me the exact rental I was looking for and even did a switch out to give me the one I wanted despite being so busy. I do believe the company should get them some more help on the weekends because the employees were getting their butt handed to them, but we’re very kind to me. Upon return, they again gave me a great customer service and made sure I did not get any additional charges. I was not prepared for and got me checked in and out of there ASAP.
In the past, I have not had the best experience while renting a car, but I can Made some changes at this location and they were a pleasure to do business with. I will most certainly use them next time. I am needing to rent a vehicle. Jenna Bieber is doing a great job at this location and Johnnie Trey Rucker is a great employee for you guys.”
