He set an appt for next day but pulled it into the garage and vacuumed up the shattered glass so we could drive home. Took thirty minutes to put the new window in the next day. Highly recommend them for your auto glass needs.”
“Upon getting an oil change and tire rotation at Roper Kia, the service department at Kia indicated that my tires needed to be aligned. This didn't sound right to me because my vehicle is barely a year old and I haven't hit anything or had any indication that my tires needed aligned. They offered to align them immediately. I declined and called Steve's Frame & Body Shop instead and made an appointment. When I brought my vehicle into Steve's, they promptly let me know that my tires did not need to be aligned. At Steve's, you'll get honesty and kindness. And they didn't charge me a dime. Also, their alignment price is $60 cheaper than Roper Kia. Steve's has all of my future business.”

“I was on vacation last week and had met semi that threw a small pebble up and cracked my windshield. They assessed the damage and told me the windshield would need to be replaced. They made an appointment for someone to come out to my house to replace the windshield, and he came out 1st thing Friday, and the job was finished within an hour and a half. I recommend Safelite if you want good quality and friendly service. Because they do work around your schedule and they're honest about their work.”

While I was briefly waiting several employees came out and asked if I was being helped. Josh and Doug went thru all the steps of what would happen next after the estimate was done.
