“The store was relaxing, clean, and had an excellent book selection. Daily/Monthly planners were great but pricey. I went to make a purchase but when asked if I wanted the BAM card I asked if it was like a rewards card and the lady said "Yes" so my purchase of sixty something went to 79.00 after tax. I raised an eyebrow and looked to see why. The so called "rewards" was really the BAM membership and COST $25.00 for something that doesnt even give you points per purchase. ? That is NOT a rewards program, that is a membership and anytime your customer will need to pay for something like that you NEED to tell that customer prior to finalizing the sale. The $25 will be returned but not immediately because that have to put a ticket in for that. I am annoyed today by my experience at the register. Other than that I will be fine, and I will return. Just be more transparent next time.”

“I love bookstores, and this is one of my favorites. I would like it if it had more books, but, honestly, I could say that about any bookstore. It is about half bookstore/half table-top gaming store. I like that stuff, too, so game on!”
