Absolutely amazing detailing service! My car is like brand new… which is a practically impossible task as I have nearly all black interiors and a very furry nearly all white dog. Incredibly professional, efficient and impressive work! I would highly recommend.

I can’t brag on this place enough! What a phenomenal job they did ..... My car was a mess.... Its showroom floor condition!! They removed the seats and detailed every inch! My car is 7yrs old and it looks brand new again. Thank you so much! 5 Stars!!!

I have known Lee for several years and he has always detailed my vehicles in a true professional manner. He is very knowledgeable of all the products that he uses. A true professional who throughly explains what products he will be using on your vehicle and always achieves an outstanding polish on the vehicles he is working on. He is the only one I will trust to polish my vehicles.

Lee does more than quality detailing. He offers many solutions to my daily drivers and my show cars. You can trust him with your finest cars boats and airplanes. His products are the best and his attention to detail has no match. I am hard to please... but Black-Tie exceeds my expectations every time.

If you are new to this pick up- drop off detailing service you will be happy to finally have one you might even tell yourself you will be a regular. We also gave five stars for the first car, which is pretty much brand new car and not much to do. Who knows how little work they put in, but it came back shiny and service was awesome. With the second car, service was the opposite. The interior was not clean especially under kid booster seat appeared a lot of bread crumbs left. We contacted to owner to let him know thought his worker might forgot this part, but he insisted that it's been done which mean I lied. That's not it... a little later, we realized that extra $150 fabric treatment was a scam! Drizzled rain and damp clothes made unbelievable water stains. When he picked up the car the detailing owner convinced us over and over that his treatment will last for years protecting and repelling liquid off new fabric seat. So we texted him and thought he would just say he will retreat it with no charge nope he just said something like it's too far out from the date of service. Basically he didn't want to be responsible for his work. Obviously he might have done nothing to the seats-- bread crumbs under booster seat have clearly proved. So if you are on the fence for this Black Tie and owner Tilo, go for it you will likely get good service as new customers. Don't get hooked you will be disappointed after, just like few reviews here mentioned. This business model doesn't seem smart. Return customers are all about good reputation and free advertising. Too bad he gets the opposite and we now on a search for his competitors.

I'm really disappointed. I have used Black Tie a few times and the last time I prepaid for all 3 of my cars to be done. The day they were supposed to pick up the third they never showed up, when I reached out they said they "forgot" they had "a boat to do" that day which is not good business, but I understand sometimes mistakes are made. However, after numerous attempts to reschedule I still have not had my car detailed, and they are not returning my text messages either (notice it's April now....this was supposed to be done LAST SEPTEMBER). It's really sad to me that they won't even answer my texts to a-clean the car or b-refund my money for the final car that was paid for but never cleaned.

Dishonest business that I don't recommend. Here's why: Long story short, I paid for a full interior/exterior detail package that wasn't provided as described, offered, and verbally stated. Basically, there was no polishing or waxing of the vehicle which promised by the owner and as offered in the description of the service. While the vehicle looked good upon pickup, I immediately noticed the paint didn't feel smooth as I felt the paint. Typically, it feel smooth to the touch if polished/waxed properly. Later that night, I asked the owner if he polished it and he responded with yes, but that he would ask his brother. He never got back to me. I texted him again, and he later responded saying he did, in fact, wax it using an orbital pad. At this point, his delay and response didn't feel right. I then remembered that we have a 2 channel dash cam that records motion settings. Upon downloading and reviewing the video, I noticed that they never turned off my vehicle, leaving the dashcam to record the entire detail process. Well, after reviewing the entire footage of the front and rear dash cams, I can attest that they never waxed my vehicle as promised. All they did was use quick detail spray and a wipe-down for the exterior. In fact, the polishing orbital dewalt tool sat on a table the entire time and was never used. I attempted to bring this to the Owner's attention and resolution in good faith. Owner is adamant that the service was fully provided and fulfilled. I advised I have video to prove it and he requested to see it. I provided several clips and the timeline as requested. Upon seeing the clips, he responded with text in an upset tone and threatened me that it is illegal to record anyone in Oregon. He reluctantly offered to refund me even when I attempted to compromise to pay him for the remainder of the services, less cost to wax/polish. Well fast forward 8 days later, refund still not received. When I texted to ask on the status, the Owner's response stated, "Sent last Friday." I have yet to receive my refund as promised by the Owner. For context, detail occurred on 1/26. Owner offered to send out refund full amount on Friday, 2/1. As of Friday, 2/15/19, refund still not received. In my opinion, I've offered nearly 3 weeks of time for the Owner to "own up" to his responsibility before posting a review. At this point, since a promised refund was not received, I have no choice but to post this review for others to see. Buyers beware.

These guys are amazing! I have two small kids who I let eat in my car. We hauled a load to the dump and I needed help ASAP! Some of the garbage spilled and it was so so gross. They went the extra mile by pulling up my spare tire and finding the source. They got ride of the smell and cleaned every inch of my car even under my nasty food filled seats. It looks amazing, I am so so thankful to them. They drove all the way to me picked up my car and dropped it back off the same day I contacted them. A great company and people. Their work is top notch. I would highly recommend.

I recommend this service. They picked up and dropped off my car. Everything was done the way I wanted, on short notice, and in the time frame quoted. The most amazing part was all the pine needles stuck in my carpet were GONE! That's no easy task. I was not able to do it myself. Great job guys! They removed all dirt, didn't tear my upholstery or carpet up, irrigated/ cleaned/ dried my soiled passenger seat, found things I didn't know were lost in my car, and made the outside look like candy. I also appreciate their communicating with me the way I like, and answering all my questions. My car looks like candy and smells clean. Thankful that they were willing to see me on short notice, in order to take care of my soiled seat right away.
