The staff greeted me immediately upon coming through the door, new exactly what I needed, to replace the battery I had, and were quick to fully answer questions I had about the jump start packs, the different sizes and prices, for making a great Christmas gift for family. Highly recommend.

I have been in this battery outfitter Store in Joplin several times to change out old watch batteries. Some of them are really complicated and some of them are very expensive. Each and every time I've been there, I have been helped immediately, no waiting. They do an awesome, wonderful, precise, and careful replacement of my battery. I ust wanted to say, last time I was there, Kurt helped me. I thought was he was exceptionally helpful, as well as the others (who I cannot remember their names). I would definitely recommend anyone to come to this business. Because the service is exceptional, the best price and they care about you.

Had my battery replaced, front desk employee was nice and talkative, however after the service was done, there were scratches on my red leather drivers side seat from whoever was sitting there rubbing against it, they also were sloppy in cleaning things up, left the cover to my battery just laying in the trunk, had to put it back myself.

Tried to replace watch battery. It wasn’t able to be done, which is totally fine, I knew the back was on pretty tight. He wasn’t rude or anything either. But a few things were upsetting. First thing that alarmed me was he didn’t even unlink the band before attempting to twist off the back. This could potentially damage the band or make it pop out, which ending up happening. Then he took out a cheap tool to unscrew the back, I have the same one I got on Amazon for $3. More importantly, there wasn’t any sort of protective plastic film put over the watch before twisting the back off, to prevent it from being scratched. My watch ended up with some deep scratches on the back. It just seemed like very little care was given. Luckily it wasn’t an heirloom or a $2000 watch, or else I would be a lot more upset.

Way to go guys. Sell me a motorcycle battery Saturday evening and give me the wrong bolts. I spent the rest of the Evening trying to find the correct ones. So, I wasn’t able to ride in the group ride on Sunday! Thanks!!
