Very happy with our safe room. The salesperson answered all our questions and the installation was done several weeks before they had promissed when we put our deposit down for the safe room.

Took awhile to get it but installed on time and without any issues. Ours is outside and I caulked around the base to help keep water off the floor.

Our experience is actually at the Norman Oklahoma site. John was a wonderful salesman - totally informative, totally up front and not at all pushy. The delivery and install was done in only a couple of weeks and only took about three hours. The safe room is a whole lot of good piece of mind!

We could not have had a better experience through the whole process. From the salesman to the installers, they were always on time and did what they said they would. I would highly recommend Atlas safe rooms.

I wanted to share my experience from shopping, to purchase, to the actual installation of an Atlas safe room and I would give 5 stars all the way! Earl & Emily were both great at assisting me and answering questions, I bought it sight unseen, 3 young men showed up to install (all were very courteous, professional, and they showed up when they said they would, came in and got the job done quickly, sorry guys Andrew was the only name I remembered, but all 3 of you were awesome). They cleaned up as they worked, and wiped everything down to make it look show room quality and the finishing touch just made the entire purchase pleasant front to back. The safe room looks very strong and very nice design, very well manufactured! I just wanted to say “Thank you!”, you have made me very happy with a product and service I purchased, sight unseen (nothing outside of a picture on the web). Nice work all the way around!

The process was easy, the installers were quick and polite. This is our 2nd Atlas safe room, we believe that our first one was a good selling point for the house we moved out of.

Great idea for a saferoom, especially when you can build around it and then have it brought in and assembled later due to the 2 foot panel system. Everything was basically great and I would've given them a 5 star rating but they continually told us and our builder that the footprint was 4'5" x 6'5" when in fact, it is larger than that. Even their website states this size. I'd given it an extra inch each way to be on the safe side and had my cabinets built accordingly. When the install team got there, they said they required 4'7" x 6'7" and they were correct! We had to turn the air vents inwards to get it to fit; it literally came within fractions of an inch of me sending the install team back to Joplin with the safe room I'd already purchased. That would've been a real disaster and a darned shame. Thankfully, the install team knew exactly how to handle the situation and they knocked it out of the park.Folks, I think these rooms are great products, built & designed very well, but before you purchase one and/or plan to build around one, have one of the team come out and measure your space so that you won't have a close call like this one. Or, to make it even more simple, the Atlas team should just correct all the dimension requirements on their website so that everyone has the correct footprint requirement for all safe room sizes. Problem solved! The only thing that could've been better was the communication on the size issue and a few other communications. Otherwise, I'll recommend these safe rooms any day. We may even purchase another one for my mother's house in the future. Thanks Atlas Team for a great product!

I was very pleased with my experience. I live in a mobile home with an added on sunroom. I now have the peace of mind knowing I don’t have to go out into the storm to have a safe place to shelter. The company was very easy to work with. They were prompt an efficient and all the people were very friendly and knowledgeable.

Our safe room/storm shelter is great. The setup team was quick and efficient. I have 100% confidence in its ability to protect us in a Tornado event. Some of the main reasons I went with Atlas and this type of shelter is its modularity and cost compared to others. I can also expand the size of it if I want to at any time. I also liked that the rep came to my house to check on my setup location and placement of the shelter prior to installation, confirming that where I wanted to put it was good and efficient egress to it in the event of an emergency. I hope I never have to us it but if I do it will be with confidence.
