Be aware of Seth that does HELOC loans. He will be more than happy to help you at first but after that anytime you need too ask a question in person or by phone he's to busy. And if you email him in the morning he will respond at quiting time so when you respond back it says out of office. So a 10 second in person or phone call turns into days on email.
And when the loan is finalize he wants to pay off the loans. I asked if I could pay them off so it won't take a week. He said they had to do it, well one of them did not get paid and I received a late payment. OK no big deal right they just take care of it and the late payment. Nope he said not there problem.

Came in to open an account on Saturday and there was an older lady there who was very rude and you could tell on her face she did not want to open our account. I asked to open one and she became rude and unprofessional and you can see on her face she did not want to open one. Will be banking elsewhere.

I had to pay them to cash a check their customer wrote me and had to have two forms of ID amd on top of that this branch is full of Rude just don't really care employees.Its hard to believe this is part of Walmart.

Just opened account 6 months ago but have been happy with them. Love the convenience of depositing cash at the ATM. Was very friendly service when I went inside for a cashiers check. Would be 5 stars but didnt like the charge for cashiers check when I have an account. Overall great bank however.

I have never experienced the hurtful and discrimination from a bank ever.Because of fake stimulus check deposited into my account, which I had NO. Knowledge of. I didn't.do. This. They treated me very rude and hateful, I once thought this was the best bank ever. But they have tore out my heart. Lockdown my account, and told me very mean "You.can.never.ever.bank.here.again!!Broken hearted, So if you personally have no knowledge of the deposit made, your still the criminal even if you were innocent, because someone had your account info and did this with out your permissionDon't bank here, if you do they will stab you in the back

This is the worst bank ive ever had the displeasure of working with. I have a mortgage through them. They will not do E-statements for your loan. I moved out of state and was trying to buy a house so i need a verification of mortgage from them. I talked to 5 different representatives none of which had any idea of how to help me. I was put on hold and transferred 5 times over a 45 minute span. To get a wire transfer to another bank is a nightmare in itself. Good luck with that. As soon as i am able to i will be done with this bank and never look back.

Nice people, they let me know they had a notary on hand. I get down there, wait in line, confirm they have a notary. This elderly woman comes out and assists me, leads me to an office. Asks if I have an account with them, I politely said no and said I was fine with paying whatever. She just flat out said no, sorry I can't help you. That is was bank policy. So I drove to SMB, they notarized my papers without an account, and it was FREE.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR A MORTGAGE!!! They ordered me the wrong appraisal for my house and I'm out over $350. They refuse to return my money for their mistake. I'm a first time home buyer, and they made the mortgage process so difficult for me. Every time I called they had another hoop for me to jump through. Finally after a several months and jumping through their hoops, (and taking my money) they decided they could no longer help me. I went to another mortgage company and got approved in a matter of days. I'm very disappointed because I've never had any issues with Arvest before this. I have several friends who have had horrible experiences with Arvest before but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Lesson learned.
