During a recent unfortunate experience, the entire staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled quickly, professionally, and with genuine care. From start to finish, their attention to detail, clear communication, and willingness to help made all the difference. It was clear that everyone was laser-focused on making things right, and I truly felt supported throughout the entire process.

I have experienced other situations at previous properties where the responses were completely different—little to no acknowledgment, no real assistance, and overall, very frustrating. That’s why I greatly appreciate the level of care and professionalism at The Plaza Apartments even more. The contrast is night and day, and I can confidently say that the team here sets the standard for how these situations should be handled.

“I'm a restaurant delivery Driver and this is my absolute favorite place to deliver to! It's clean and easy to navigate and the folks who live there are just so kind! One resident (i wont say her name, but she was a little old lady. Her words not mine!) that my teenage daughter and I delivered an IHOP order to made my daughter's night by giving her a pack of playing cards and showing her how to shuffle a deck "really really fast". ? She's been off her phone more often since then, perfecting her shufflin' skills! This momma is grateful for that!”

“Lisa did a wonderful job doing my tour today. She made sure all my questions were answered and everything went smoothly. This place is wonderful for everyone in general but especially new student to the area. This apartment was more affordable for me but did not skimp on the amenities. They understand not everyone’s situation is cookie cutter and being a private owned apartment they are more flexible with terms. Lastly, this is a quiet apartment so if you plan to party this is not your place. Just wanted to post this review for people in my situation and not really knowing where to live in the area as I’m not from here. I would recommend!!”
