DO NOT go here if you absolutely do not have too. They take advantage of people and start off by having you pay over 13,000 on a car that’s worth 2,000. They praise having the best warranty but when it’s time to fix stuff it’s avoided at all costs. Or they put used car parts that give you the same exact problem. They only time I had great customer service was when I got the car everything after that was avoidance and selfishness. DON’T GO HERE. I know sometimes it’s the only option but they take advantage of that to the absolute max. Brad the “mechanic” doesn’t properly fix anything… and when you take it due to problems it’s having you’re given the run around or told that these problems are normal or seemed fine when he drove it.

Shady place. If you unfortunately fall behind, they feel they are not required to follow the same collection practices (you know, the actual law) as every other car dealer. Have filed 2 complaints with attorney general's office. Will continue filing and definitely do not recommend.

This place is a joke and they do not follow the laws. I bought my car in December of 2021 and the illegally repossessed in February of 2022 with only being $140 behind because of covid. Then my parents bought a car a week later than what I did and ended up filing bankruptcy, this place once again illegally repossessed the car after the case was dropped over a year later. The case was dropped 5 days ago and the company repossessed the vehicle without first sending a right to cure letter on their car and my car, and then when my father asked about any belongings left in the car he was told he could get them for $150 for the towing fee which again is not something they can legally do. They skirt the law and something needs to be done

The cars they sell to people have problems every other week it seems. They do fix the issues as long as you pay them another $$$ fee each time and don’t mind waiting 2 weeks to a month every time. Overall, I would not recommend using them for your car purchases. I’ve had better experiences anywhere else compared to the Route 66 auto credit. Highly unsatisfied.

If you have super bad credit go here, I don’t so I’m going else where go cars ain’t worth the experience price tag. Car was a 2001 with 220k plus miles around 9k without interest!

I've been with 66 Auto Credit Sales for a year and a half now and they are so awesome! They work with me on my car payments, the deposit was relatively low and the oil changes are only $5!

Tell us they cant budge on the payment cause they fixed everything so i spent all i had to be able to have a vehicle for my kids to get to specialist and dr appointment to now not even a month of having no vehicle cause it broke down driving to joplin from galena and i had it put in the shop to be told i gor screwed for as much as i paid cause i need to buy a new car is what thw mechanic said so thanks for nothing.... I really needed a vehicle to get my kids place and cant now....
