Going into the store looking for a particular item. Young gentleman told me they no longer carry the item but he took the time to show me what store I could get it from and where in the store I would find it. He went above and beyond basic customer service; was very friendly and polite. A breath of fresh air in our day and age!!!!

If your going to have guys follow you around and not even give you time to read the label then atleast make sure they know anything about chemical compounds and the difference between creatine hcl and creatine nitrate . The most basic things yet all yall wanna push is caffeine . It gets old after a year of getting things drove down my throat when they don't even know the difference in creatine. After a year iv had it ....won't be back

I came in looking for a certain supplement and met one of the managers, Kyle Kesinger, who took the time to explain some of the products they carry. For me, the best part of this experience was that he didn't try the 'hard sale' but instead, he was more concerned about my workout goals. Kyle packaged a couple of free samples for me to try on my next workout and was totally cool during the entire process. By the way, the supplement worked as advertised and I will be back to purchase the entire stack. Thank you, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

At 5 Star I never feel judged. I am a newbie to the supplement world. A friend recommended 5 Star & the staff member was great. He explained everything & answered all of my questions. I love the InBody machine & go every 2 weeks. I am already seeing results!!!!! ??
