Wowwww! Talk about great customer service. They are so thorough and transparent with you. Such a great staff and inviting. 360 is the name of their game and it shows. So knowledgeable and even when I didn’t understand they broke it down for me. It can definitely be your one stop shop. I will be going back. Alex and Derek are great as well as the other guys!

Have a 2011 Silverado with 108000 miles. Will be paid off in a couple of months. Went to 360 from recommendations from friends. They went all over that truck inside & out. I had a list of issues plus they found some of their own. They communicated all along the process. Sent me detailed estimates & called for approvals. Very satisfied with their attention to detail. Will recommend to others as well.

First of all they tried charging me over $700 to replace the battery that I did myself for $350 then they charged me over $300 just to take a part off and blow some air through it, they couldn't figure out my problem and still charged the full $95 diagnostic. Long story short they charged me $444 to do absolutely nothing.

I am so thankful that I found 360 Auto Service. They were very knowledgeable and showed me areas that need attention within the next few months. There was no pressure at all.
They even worked with my warranty company and truly gave me an incredible price to get the whole job done. A big thanks to Alex who allowed me to stay and hang out while they diagnosed everything. And thank you to Josh for looking over my car and actually showed me the problem areas.
I will be using 360 Auto Repair in the future. So glad I found them.

Went in originally because of the coupon, but they got me in for an oil change quickly. They sent photos of the work they did. Which I definitely appreciate it. And they went above and beyond by vacuuming my car that I haven’t been able to do in months. And I have 3 kids worth of mess. I definitely appreciate them.

What a great group of people! They were very knowledgeable and took the time to show me the actual trouble spots on my car. Roger was amazing!!! He told me what to look for and what could happen. Alex out front, along with Derek were my entertainment while I waited! They offered me snacks and coffee. Kept me informed all along the way. I knew what was happening now and what was happening next all the way through! They even provide you with pictures of the issues all sent to your phone via text! You get an estimate and you can approve or decline each suggested service, and then you can even pay from your phone! They really fixed me up! Should’t need anything else done for a while, my car is almost at 100k miles and they did all of the services needed to keep it running, along with fixing the main issue of the check engine light! But, if I do, this is where I’m going. Including for oil changes!!! Thanks 360! You guys rock!

I am absolutely never the person who leaves reviews. In this case though, I will. This is THE place in Joplin to go if you need help with your car. I had a bad starter and they let me do a payment plan, which I need because I cant pay that much straight away. It was a fair price in my opinion! They also missed something on my car when checking my battery and just because they didnt catch it they gave me a new battery for free. They did not have to do this, but they go over the top for their customers. They even sent and paid for an uber for me because I could not find a ride to pick up my car. 5 stars all around.

360 auto helped fix my issue as promised. There was a slight issue with miscommunication, but the management reached out to me, and got everything taken care of. It felt really nice knowing that the people in charge are sincere and care enough about the customer to call and find out how to help in person. I've decided from now forward to bring my vehicle here to 360 auto repair. Cause like their jingle goes they truly are friendly and fair!

Fast, courteous service. They explained everything in detail and even sent me the analysis via text so I had a copy. They were mindful of my time as I am from out of town, and they made sure I got my car back quickly. Would definitely recommend, and would take my car here again!
