The day I was supposed to to move in they were closed. And I had to pay for an extra day of using the U-Haul due to unforeseen closure on my move in date. I have been calling daily since a new month started, unless y’all close every other day I’m not understanding why 3 days in a row I can’t get someone in office on the phone when the office is supposedly open 6 days out the week. I’ll be damned if I waste gas again to find out you are closed AGAIN! Will never rent here ever again. But someone need to answer cuz I been trying to contact someone to pay in cash in person not online, and no one has been available. If I get a late fee because this location chooses it’s own hours and I been tryna get in contact with someone for a week, I will Not be happy.
Edit: They are cashless even on site. I had to wait a week and late fee later to find out. I had cash due to the bank holiday delaying funds, even depositing cash into my card was delayed. No one reasoned with me with a helpful solution despite all of this including the rough start to moving in NOT on my move in day. Not happy with my service and will rent elsewhere if I ever need to use storage again.
