Outside of the structure of the check out line, I love shopping there. I like to get my fresh seafood and laugh with the friendly staff. The store is clean and organized. It’s one of our only grocery stores in the area and I am glad to support the business and staff.

If management and directors fail to adequately oversee this location and hold employees accountable, it would be advisable to close this location, consistent with the closure of several locations in North County. The shopping experience at this store is frequently subpar. I have purchased donuts twice for my office, visiting the store at 7:00 am, expecting fresh products; however, the donuts were stale both times, and the long john chocolate-covered donuts were of poor quality. Initially, I excused this as an off day for the baker, but my recent visit yielded the same results. We should strive for excellence in our own operations. If the baker is no longer committed to their role, I suggest they resign with a minimal level of pride and dedication, doing the community a favor. We cannot blame others if we are not delivering our best effort. Yet again, a cold item in the lunch section rendered a disappointment.

This store is horrible. Why cant we just get quality groceries? The shelves are never stocked, the food is moldy, the checkout lanes always have around 2 people working and they're always slow. Do not come here.

WORST SCHNUCKS EVER. They have the slowest, disrespectful cashiers, customer service is trash, food supplies are mostly scarce, and if there IS food on the shelves, its most likely expired, moldy, etc. DO NOT COME HERE!

The bald black dude you have working in self checkout is the rude as hell. I've been shopping here for a year and will be moving over to walmart instead. I get that the line says 10 items or less, I didn't realize that I had more, even if it was only 13 items, but this guy was about to call security over 3 Creme Brulee cups. Take it easy guy.

This is the worst Schnucks I have ever shopped at in my entire life. The customer service is poor at the register and the leadership are so clueless on how to do certain task of their job. Why are you the only Schnucks that require to show the tax exempt form every time? If I could give zeros I would.

Horrible customer service.Thomas. The black man that stood outside in his chefs coat today (that should be removed when he leaves the building since he orepares food with it on) decided to get extra loud,ghetto and ignorant when he decided to tell me how I couldn't go inside due to how my face looked according to him, while I was with my child, startling us both as I had no idea who he was getting loud with initially , or what he was saying. I said "huh?" as I was expecting to be able to safely mind my business. Not be verbally accosted about my facial expression by a cook hanging around the front door like he's security(security was leaned over a cart on his phone outside as well) Security should advise Thomas to leave customers alone!!!! Be observant,do your job!!! I shouldnt be getting harrassed while he's on the phone or period!!! Thomas should of done the same, minded his business and make a conscious desision in the future to NOT bother a woman with child or any other customer entering the store!Joke or not! He has no idea what a person may be dealing with to tell them how theyre face should look in irder to enter that ghetto store. ( I went in for 1item thst I'd forgotten at Aldi) It made me uncomfortable and it pissed me off cause I had my son with me and he stopped is in our tracks. That def doesnt make a customer wanna come inside. Theyre always out of products.Expired meats,raw & cooked! Hot food (chicken) has 0 variety cause theyre lazy workers only wanna make the chicken with the easiest sauce,buffalo/hot. (Hate that sauce!)Never any dry rubbed ,if so its super old!) Half of the self check is never available or only accepting one or the other concerning payment. Not enforcing the 10 item rule causing customers with a small amount of items to have to wait longer than necessary to check out. Customer service is usually empty,having to look around or ask for someone, with a lengthy wait met with ATTITUDE!!!! ATM is always out of money during the beginning if the month. (Them knowing this as they are located in a low income neighborhood) should keep it filled. (make the necessary call) Keep your workers inside if they dont know how to behave at work. Thomas should be the cart guy sonce he's pimpin on the parking lot! Worse & worse each year no matter what change they attempt to implement. Those are the types of people that they hire over people with sense and manners cause they can flex on a schedule.Smh!

Awful. One register open, 5 people at the customer service desk, shelves were barely stocked, security guard scrolling through social media on his phone. Ugh....disappointing for a Schnucks store for sure.
