One of my clients used my company to work website design and software development. The customer first made a wire transfer to the company account. The bank declined then customer sent us a check and after that they also stopped our checks without any reason and on the contrary, and when we talked to bank about this things they directly said your company is a fraud. Even after all the work has been delivered to the customer, the bank has done so much wrong, I would highly recommend you not to open an account with PNC bank or if you use banking, get the account banned. So I this case we can file a case against to bank or not please suggest because they said we are fraud. But we are legitimate firm working since 2021

Got new debit cards in the mail - went to the branch to activate - Very good service - I went away happy - except , the activation didn't work and the cards do not work and I just spent about 40 minutes on the phone with a representative who just told me that they cannot activate the cards and will need to send new ones out - again. Not the end of the world, but completely frustratiing. I just think there is an education problem within the business - this is not the first time we have encountered issues over something that seems relatively simple to accomplish.

Great bank! The location on W. Florissant in Jennings is the best location as far as friendly, professional service. I recommend this bank. From the bank manager to the tellers, it has been an enjoyable experience to bank here.

I will never bank here. I took sensitive documents in regards to my deceased mother's account and gave them directly to employee. Now nobody can find them. Ive been waiting 10 days for them to be verified to be told they don't see them and don't know who took them.This is ridiculous

Horrible service. Locked my boyfriend’s account for fraudulent activity and wouldn’t unlock it even after he provided proof of transactions. Now he’s behind on bills for 90days after another investigation is being done.I don’t know what he’s going to do as far as far as living arrangements. He asked them to not allow withdrawals from vendors and they approved that but vendors are still withdrawing money and when he called cooperate they still continued to let them withdraw out of the account. When asked they said oops they are sorry. We will never bank with them again and I advise you to get away from them. We have a lawyer and we will be in contact. In 90 days he will be leaving this bank. This is why people are so bank conscious and don’t want to bank with any banks it’s your money so why take anybody threw all of this. If I could give 0 stars I would!

Thank bank teller Diana has been purposely denying me the right to cash my check for no reason. This incident happened a second time on Saturday October 26th at 11:50am when I came to deposit my PNC check, when I have been banking here for years with no problem at all. The same check is cashed on a biweeky basis. This is the only PNC Bank and employee that has ever given me an issue. This racial discrimination needs to stop once and for all!

I love PNC bank but this is the absolute worse location with very little regard for their customers and the dynamics of their location. They changed one of their drive up teller lanes to an atm lane... they know this is the busiest location on this side of town. They already have 2 other ATMs at this location. The 3rd one is not needed. Now all they have is one drive-up teller lane and the line is often wrapped around the building, especially during COVID shutdowns. The wait time is always over 30 minutes. This is unbelievably disrespectful to PNC patrons. The next PNC bank is at least 8 miles away.

This bank always has incredibly long wait times. I've tried getting in touch with a bank staff member via telephone 3 times today, and every time I'm on hold 10 or so minutes then the phone disconnects. It's really frustrating when you can't get there in person due to work schedule, and nobody will take your call! The people who work there are nice, but customer service is also about efficiency, which they appear to be lacking.
