They don’t open up till 10 AM. Why is say 9 I don’t know, but I know they definitely don’t open up till 10 AM.
Update
But when he did open the store, he helped me and he was friendly and I got what I needed done

Terrible. Very bossy. Did not really listen to my problem just told me what to do and sent me on the way with the WRONG advice. I have to return to another metropcs

they barely have any good phones up there and plus most of the time nobody up there and this is one of the locations they lock up the doors an hour or two before their closing time.... please change your hours if yall can't keep any employees at your store.
