I went to a cricket store last night and the girl there was no help at alllllll. Woke up and went to this location and Ms Tammy was very helpful. Her coworker (please forgive me I am bad at names) Ms. Shonda? They were both so nice and helpful. Things were not adding up right and Tammy took her time and got it right. I appreciate both of their service and would recommend anyone with Cricket to try this location if you are in the area. She got me right in and right out with a great attitude. Thank you ladies so much.

I am here in the Cricket Store. I want to give high praises to Ms. Tammy!!!! She is the BEST. She taken a few extra steps to assist my 95 year old dad. I love her for the help that she has given. All of her help is from the heart. God, please continue to bless Tammy

I went to your location and spoke to a very rude person Kim I was was trying to upgrade account first said my name wasnt on account but my daughter-in-law name was kept starring at me I asked her what the problem contacted daughter-in-law went back into store said I had a pending on account didnt try to help advised had bad attitude her reply I should go to another store had account since 2014, I am going to look for another phone service she claims is manager. I wont ever go there again.

Mac and Emerald were fantastic, they went above and beyond to solve my issues. Mac got me set up with HBO Max and my Sam's club membership and informed me about ACP. Would definitely recommend this store to everybody!! Will be coming back just to see Mac!!!
