The staff was very helpful and helping me find a new release shoe that I thought was gone. I was very happy for their help! It seems they are under new management (I was there on Aug 5) and it's really great!

On website it says the store open at 9am on Friday and Saturday. It’s never open! Change the hours if your not going to be open.

Ordered a pair of shoes for my daughter. While at a birthday party(45 minutes away) , an associate marked my order as picked up. Called the store over 5 times for each time someone hung up before even saying anything. I called customer service and got in contact with an associate named Whitney who said that it was a pair of mix-matched shoes and she marked it as picked up instead of that. I was told that I would not be charged. My bank statement shows I was charged for the shoe but I'm unable to get ahold of anyone at the store and customer service has repeatedly told me a customer service supervisor would be in contact. I have yet to hear from anyone and it's been more than a week. I would just like my refund since I did not receive my shoes.

I went to to Grand and MLK location for a toddler size Jordan 3 was told that they didn’t have the size was needed and they would check other stores. I was told the store in clock tower on West Florissant had the size that I needed. When I got to that location they stated they didn’t have the size and don’t know why I was told to come there because the inventory is not correct. This was very disappointing and a waste of time and gas to be traveling store to store.

Asked for a certain shoe in a certain size. I got the right shoe size, but wrong shoes. When I went to return the wrong shoes for a refund. I was told I could only get store credit. I didn't want the store credit after the store had done me wrong. Was informed that it wasn't the girl fault who sold me the shoes with the wrong size, because she sells clothes on Facebook. Don't know what that has to do with anything. I returned the same day I purchased them. I am waiting on someone from corporate office to call me for a full refund. I don't want store credit. Save your time and money. Spend you're money at somewhere else.

Unfortunately once again the employees were having a private conversation that everyone could hear and customers were ignored not sure who was managing that day but they were all dressed like they were just hanging out but the store is in the hood so you have to get whatever comes with the territory if you get what i’m saying i will never go back to that store again
