Used the ATM to withdraw $200.00. No money was dispensed but they took $203.50 out of my bank account. I agreed to the $3.50 service charge but it would have been great to get the $200 bucks as well. Will never use this bank for anything again.

Che was very welcoming to my husband and I. She was very sweet and talked to us while we waited. Jaden seen us and got my husband and I accounts set up. He made sure to give us a lot of details and information for the future banking with Chase. Our first experience with Chase was great thanks to these two people.

I live in Las Vegas, NV My Niece Recently moved to St. Louis. She went into Chase Bank which She and I are Members. She attempted to transfer Monies from Her Bank Account to My Account. The Teller asked Her several Personal Questions He should have never asked, the only thing the Teller was to do was transfer the Monies. She rushed to Work and I called the Bank Manager Whom really didn’t seem to want to be bothered. Long story short After speaking the the Bank Manager She tried again and the transfer was denied. I spoke to My Chase Bank here in Neveda and was told it was a Seemless Account and the Teller should have made the transaction and there was nothing showing on Either one of Our ends to prevent or deny. Looks like She and I need to get an Attorney.

Apparently making appointments and everyone being on the same page is an issue. My appointment was double booked and they had no one else available to accommodate their screw up! I guess I’ll find another bank who has their business IN ORDER!
