Not near good enough. I went above and beyond to tally everything I had that was moving, but a truck arrived with a certain amount of space, and then I was charged more. The company was able to move everything in one day, but the help at the second job site were teenagers. Bravo! And then the company charged me over $1000 more than what was first quoted. They are a gem! Avoid!

We used this company in 2022. Two college guys came out and helped us move for a few hours. We were grateful for their help, but the bill ended up being well over $1,000 for about 3 hours of work.

They never answer the phone and when they call set up a walk through they don't show up leaving you hanging. My time is just as valuable as there's! They will never call you back after they waste your time. Please do not use these people!!

These guys are unorganized and unreliable. I booked unloading services with them, and everything seemed fine. They sent multiple reminder texts and emails for the correct date and time. Morning of the unload, nobody showed up. They were scheduled for 9:30. Around 10, I called and the guy asked me my name, address, move details, etc. Information they should already have. He said there was a "miscommunication" about the date, despite multiple texts and emails with the correct date. They sent over 2 guys pretty quickly, but they still arrived 1:15 past the scheduled time, and 1 short of the 3 workers I had arranged for. These guys worked hard, but they also showed up with ZERO equipment. They were supposed to at least have a dolly - thank goodness for my new neighbor who loaned one. I've moved several times, professionals wear gloves, use straps for carrying assistance, bring dolls, etc. These guys didn't have any of that and it made the work take longer as a result. They worked hard, but I would never book with this company again.

Fraudulent—does not go the Xtra MileCharged me a fraudulent $120 cancellation fee. I never signed a contract and cancelled several weeks prior. Also unreliable and unprofessional, see below.I booked them on 16 March for a move date of 20 April.They couldn’t get the date right. On 20 March (a Sunday morning) the call me 10+ times (not an exaggeration) and twice I gave Josh the date. A few days later I called and cancelled, figuring they weren’t trustworthy if they couldn’t understand the difference between March and April.Fast forward to 16 April when they sent several confirmation emails. I replied stating I had cancelled in March. A few days later I received another email with a receipt for the cancellation fee.

Movers did a great job, didn’t break anything, took excellent care of my belongings. Team showed up on time and completed my job quickly, efficiently and courteously.I was impressed at the new house where they had to move large pieces through narrow hallways. They didn’t leave any scratches on walls. Would definitely recommend this company to others. Great Work!

Most efficient company I’ve used so far! They not only got the job done in a timely manner but also made sure my things got handled with respect and proper care. Communication was great also.
