Rarely have my MONTHLY prescriptions in stock any more. Have been using them for 5 years but since Murphy left things have really gone down hill. Most of their newer staff have poor attitudes or are rude. Really disappointing to see after so long.

My doctor called in a prescription and I went to the counter to confirm it was received and being processed. After waiting 25 minutes and going back through the line, the pharmacist informs me they do not have the medication in stock. Apparently my time is not valuable and I am free to “come back tomorrow it will be here at 10am”.

This has to be the worst Walmart pharmacy on earth. They scheduled my son for his second COVID shot. THEY SCHEDULED IT and then when we arrived at the appointment, they said they were out of the vaccine that they scheduled! Also, they are always insanely busy and nowhere near enough staff to accommodate the patient base. They are rude and disrespectful when you speak to them. I was a Walmart store manager for several years and my pharmacy manager was the only person who got paid more money than me. For what they make they need to learn how to manage their business because it’s an absolute train wreck. Pathetic. Go anywhere else, this place deserves to be out of business.

Michael in the games department is a joke. Wouldn’t let us buy clearance video games because he wanted to purchase them himself. Lied saying they’re recalled games when plenty of different Walmart’s lowered the video games to the same price. What a joke he is. AWFUL customer service from him.

I have went there for my son who is autistic and needs his medication, I switched to Walmart to get his medication while I shop and that was a mistake. For the past few months every time I have went to get my sons medication and with two even three months of refills, “they need to order it,” I know it’s a special order, but there’s know excuse, two months ago it took a week, last month a couple days, this month I said no! I’m going back to Whaley’s West where there was no problem at all, ever! Don’t go here is The reason why I’m posting this for someone else to read and not get there time wasted like I did.

Ryan one of the techs is awesome! He called me back and let me know there was something wrong with my prescriptions! Then took the time to run insurance for me! When he could have left it for when we came in to get them! Very pleased!
